An incredible return visit — Cape Sienna never disappoints
This was our second stay at Cape Sienna, and it was every bit as wonderful as the first — maybe even better. We stayed for 9 nights and were sad to leave.
What struck us right away was that the staff remembered we were returning guests. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about how this hotel treats its guests, and it made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The views here are simply amazing — the kind you find yourself stopping to take in every single day, whether from the room, the pool, or the restaurant. Cape Sienna’s hillside position gives it a real edge, and it never gets old.
The location is another huge plus. You’re close to everything you’d want — restaurants, beaches, and activities are all within easy reach, so you get the best of both a peaceful retreat and easy access to explore.
And then there’s the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, happy, and genuinely helpful — the kind of service that makes a good hotel into a great one. It’s clear the team here takes real pride in what they do.
We’re already looking forward to a third visit. If you’re considering Cape Sienna, don’t hesitate — book it

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The stay at the garden cottage was amazing. The property is green and calm. It is just a few steps away from the beach and has quite a few restaurants and shops within 10 mins on foot. lots of massage parlours nearby too. The breakfast was also nice. The only thing we did not like was the toilet seat was too close to the shower glass and did not allow the comfort needed. Overall great stay.

The pool and sea view suite offers an absolutely stunning view. Beautiful sea views are everywhere in the hotel, and the Reef Cliff Cafe is incredibly picturesque. The room was very clean. Although the hotel is a bit old, its main selling point is the unbeatable sea view. On the day we visited, there was a singer and a fire show. Breakfast was just okay. The location is a bit remote, with no restaurants nearby, so you'll need to take a taxi. There's also no beach.

My favorite hotel! This is my second time staying here and I wouldn't change it. The price is reasonable, the room is clean, and the service is excellent. The reception staff are very respectful and cooperative. The only downside is that the breakfast isn't very varied, but everything else is excellent. I will definitely be visiting again and again.

This hotel is truly beautiful. You can go clamming right outside your room and we saw so many sea cucumbers. A big thank you to Breas at the front desk for their incredibly warm service. They made sure we had plenty of water and amenities. During our stay, they'd always greet me warmly and ask how my stay was, even calling the room to check if everything was to our satisfaction. We stayed at two hotels, and the service here was by far superior. The scenery is also breathtaking; every photo you take looks like it belongs in a magazine. We're planning to come back and stay here again next year for a few days. My whole family raved about it the entire time! 👍 There are also small animals to feed, and the staff there were equally enthusiastic. They'd always approach us to give us food and guide us on how to feed the animals. Our child loved spending a long time there each visit. It's a shame we didn't book the restaurant in advance. We'd planned to have our anniversary dinner by the sea, but there were no tables left. If you're going, remember to book the night before!

An unexpectedly amazing stay! The value for money is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and staff across all departments were warm and attentive. I really appreciate the hotel for decorating my room and providing a little surprise after learning it was my birthday.
The hotel has its own app. After checking in, you can scan a QR code to link your room and then book services or ask questions, so there's no need to worry about language barriers.
There's a scheduled shuttle service from the hotel to Kamala Beach, and golf carts are available for transfers between buildings within the hotel premises.
The hotel breakfast was also quite good – delicious and plentiful.
Small tips: The hotel is built on a steep slope. There are relatively few shops nearby, and it's a bit of a distance to Kamala Beach and supermarkets like 7-Eleven, Tops, or Big-C. Walking there is quite tiring. When the hotel shuttle isn't running, a Grab ride costs about 30-50 Thai Baht.

Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation, although the first impression was ambiguous. At first the hotel was not particularly impressed, but a few days later I learned and looked at it in a new way. For my budget, it is just an excellent option.
What liked:
⦁ Personnel: Very kind, polite and responsive staff. Any requests were resolved quickly and with a smile.
⦁ Cleanness: Cleaning in the rooms at the highest level, for which a separate thanks to the clining.
⦁ Price and quality ratio: For this cost, conditions are more than worthy.
What should be noted:
⦁ Location: The location seemed not the most successful, I did not quite approach this area (refer to this when booking if you are critical of the proximity to the center or infrastructure).
Summary: A comfortable and clean hotel with a beautiful service, which is pleasant to return despite the nuances with location.

My family and I had a truly exceptional stay at The Marin Phuket in Kamala. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is superb, just a short 5-minute stroll to the beach, offering both convenience and tranquility.

Chloeee！The hotel environment is generally quiet and peaceful. However, when checking out, they were unwilling to grant even a 30-minute late checkout. As for the Shimmer restaurant within the hotel, there's one waitress who seems to have a split personality. Her demeanor and attitude towards white guests and Asian guests are completely different. White guests are allowed to use the beach loungers just by ordering a drink, but when I wanted to, I was told I had to spend a minimum of 3000 Baht. Her attitude was also very poor, almost as if she was interrogating a criminal. The service from everyone else, though, was quite good and friendly.

Overall, for the price, there aren't many complaints about the hotel, but there were things that personally weren't comfortable for us, and we definitely won't be returning.
First, the toilet is right behind the headboard of the bed. If you're staying alone, it doesn't matter, of course, but for my husband and I, it wasn't very pleasant to wake up to toilet noises, and at night, if you go to the restroom, you can't even turn on the light.
Second, there's a lack of conveniently located electrical outlets.
And then there's the style, with the completely unpainted and unfinished ceiling, which makes it feel like you're in some kind of prison.
On the bright side, there's a really great massage place nearby; I've included photos in my review.

They provided us with early checkin. Staff was very humble. Food will be less spicy but you can tell them to add more salt and spices in your dishes. They views are exceptional. Buffet is very good if you are non vegetarian.

Breakfast nice. Everything was reasonable priced. For only 200 baht they bring breakfast to your room. Staff was very helpfull
Location was ok, close to the beach and there where some stores on walking distance. Kamala is reasonable quiet but if you want some more nightlife you can take a taxi to Patong. Plusminus 30 minutes for about 400-500 baht.

The facilities are also comprehensive, and the breakfast is excellent. It was very convenient for us to stay here with our child. We will definitely book this hotel again next time we visit!

The Grand Kamala Falls apartments have left a pleasant impression. The area is tidy, modern complex, here clean and neat. The atmosphere is calm, more suitable for measured rest than for noisy dancing. There is a protection of the entire complex. We had a room on the first floor with a direct exit to the pool. The format is very convenient: you open the door and immediately into the water, without elevators and corridors. Especially pleasant in the morning and evening when there is no one in the pool. Although there was always no one there) Rooms are spacious, ceilings are high. Absolutely everything is in good condition, air conditioners work stable, beds and pillows are very convenient. Cleaning is done by yourself. There is all the equipment including the washing machine, it is a pity that there is no dishwasher. The location is certainly not on the first line, a fairly decent distance to the sea, but for those who plan to move on a bike or a taxi, it is not a problem. There are shops and cafes in the walk, the area is very quiet. Under the window of a mini waterfall. More precisely the streams. Thanks to the complex administration for allowing to leave our things in their office until evening. We had a plane late in the evening. I would be happy to live in such conditions a month or another, but not this time...shortly the apartments are excellent. I recommend .

CecibunzThis guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice. I also had a TV that I actually used, a kettle to make my coffee, an iron to press my clothes and a mini bar fridge. My room also had a balcony. The location is perfect. About 8 minutes walk to the beach (DON'T use the main road if you're walking, it's dangerous with no side walks and further. Use the backstreets). There are bars, restaurants, currency exchange offices, laundromats, ATM's and spa's everywhere you look. Had I known how much I would enjoy this place I would have stayed much longer. The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here. I was using Grab to go to faraway destinations but then I switched to Bolt because their prices are almost 1/3 of Grabs prices. Cons: It gets a little noisy at night (cause of the bars and nightlife), but not so bad that you can't sleep. Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone of any age especially considering the price. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will definitely stay at Sure again.

The room is clean, nice. But at night the music from the neighboring bars is loud, maybe for someone this is not a minus. The beach is 10 minutes leisurely, nearby are the Sevons, the cafes are expensive.
