Great Stay in Phuket I had a wonderful 8-night stay at 6th Avenue Surin Beach Condominium. The service was excellent, the pool was really nice, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I especially loved having a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, kettle, and electric stove, which made my stay very convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Phuket. I’d be happy to stay here again! 😊✨

A small but luxurious hotel with a great resort vibe. It's perfectly located on Surin Beach, right by the ocean. There are also two 7-Elevens very close by. The blonde guy at the front desk was really handsome and explained everything about the hotel in detail. We enjoyed the welcome drink, downloaded the hotel app, and kicked off a wonderful vacation. The breakfast was a very authentic Western-style meal; the bread was delicious, the coffee aromatic, and the made-to-order omelets from the kitchen are a must-try. The room itself was very spacious, especially the bathroom area. The TV was an Apple TV, so we could easily cast to it. All the in-room amenities were complete, and the room service was excellent.

Wow, what an amazing hotel! It's really great, with a wonderful environment and delicious breakfast. Of course, the service is also excellent. As soon as we arrived, someone greeted us and helped with our luggage. Knowing we were Chinese, they patiently explained everything to us, and the staff always said hello every day. The beach is just 50 meters from the hotel entrance, and Surin Beach is beautiful. I booked a pool room, which was fantastic; you just open the window and there it is, almost like a private pool. I've basically had it all to myself these past couple of days. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Phuket. It would be perfect if there were more good local eateries developed around the area. Another plus is the great ecology – there were little squirrels in the morning. If you like peace and quiet, go for it!

This is our second time staying at this hotel – we were here in 2023 and now again in July 2026. It's a good hotel, located on a hill, but that's not a problem at all. There are electric buggies constantly running; you can call them from the hotel entrance via security, at the reception, to any building, and back. They arrive lightning fast, so there are no issues with transportation. All towels and bedding are perfectly clean. They are ready to provide additional services or necessary items upon request; for example, we asked for a sewing kit. The breakfasts are magnificent, catering to every taste, from Arabic to European cuisine, with meat, poultry, vegetables, and fruits. There was always watermelon, melons, pineapples, and other fruits. They make eggs any way you like them to order, as well as Chinese noodle soup. Pools are cleaned, and samples are taken, but there's a build-up of lime scale on the edges. It would be good to clean it off if possible, but this is a common issue. There's a lot of greenery and space. The rooftop pools on the buildings offer great views, and there are separate children's and regular pools below. Overall, you can confidently go! A shuttle runs to and from Surin Beach. It's also not a far walk, about 15 minutes through cafes and 7/11s. We even walked to Bang Tao Beach, which took about 30 minutes, but generally, we got around by taxi.

March 5, 2026 **Ambiance:** The view is absolutely stunning, and it's just a few steps/a short path down to Surin Beach (I personally checked, and the stairs are very safe, not steep as some reviews mentioned). If you're booking a lazy tour to Similan Islands, the driver can pick you up downstairs at 8 AM. The nearest 7-Eleven is about 500 meters away, and there's a fantastic and affordable street food stall right next to it. The hotel guests are mostly Caucasians, with only a few Asians. **Facilities:** We stayed on the 4th floor. The room facilities aren't outstanding, but perfectly acceptable; at least my room wasn't as old as some reviews claimed. There are two pools. The one on the 5th floor is a public infinity pool with a great view, but it's quite small and not suitable for swimming. On the 3rd floor, there are rooms with private pools that are probably around 25 meters long – great for those who want to swim. The door uses an old-fashioned key lock; you need to press the deadbolt button inside before closing the door when leaving. The hot water pressure isn't great, but given that Phuket is hot, it's manageable. I highly recommend this place for anyone who values a beautiful view; the sunset here is absolutely gorgeous.

Huge nicely-appointed room. Comfortable bed and many pillows to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised by a private back patio, although I didn't use it except for the refrigerator. Two pools with plenty of lounge chairs. The breakfast was better than I thought it would be. I expected maybe only toast, cereal and fruit, but they also provided a small selection of hot food. The 2 pm check-in time was strictly enforced, but they allowed me to use the pool while I waited. They also loaned me a towel to go to the beach after I checked out and I was able to use the pool shower and restroom to change before my evening flight. As a crow flies, the walking distance to the beach is only three minutes, but if you wish to follow a paved walkway it's more like 10 minutes to the main beach with lifeguards and an outdoor market. Street location provided all the necessary needs - tasty restaurant, spa, 7-11, small supermarket, pharmacy.

Terrible experience – outdated, poor maintenance, and terrible service I would strictly not recommend staying at this hotel, and I will definitely not be coming back. Here are the main issues I encountered during my stay: Outdated & Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely old and urgently needs a complete renovation. Most of the tiles in the swimming pool area were covered in algae. Room & AC Issues: I had to change rooms three times just to get an AC that actually worked properly. In all three rooms, the TVs could not connect to the internet, so you couldn't use YouTube or any streaming services. Unhelpful Maintenance: The maintenance staff clearly don't know how to fix basic issues. When I complained about the AC, they simply turned it off and on again and told me to ”wait 10 minutes.” Bathroom & Lighting Problems: Half of the lights in the room were burned out and didn't work. The light inside the closet stayed on all night, even with the closet door fully closed. In the bathroom, the shower head was leaking water continuously from the handle. Unfair Charges & Upgrades: They charged me extra money for a room upgrade, but didn't actually have a good room available at that level. They ended up putting me on the 2nd floor instead, and refused to refund the price difference for the upgrade I paid for. Useless Customer Service: Staff members kept asking ”How is your stay?” and if I had any feedback. Every time I listed these issues, nothing was solved—except for changing a few lightbulbs. The only positive note: The green areas inside the property are nice, and the location is close to the beach. Otherwise, it was a completely disappointing experience and not worth the money at all. There is a lot of options in Phuket don't waste your vacation here

Very beautiful area of the hotel. When we arrived we were helped by the workers, although we lived in apartments. Responsive guys. Excellent housing condition, even there is a washing machine. One big minus is climbing and downhill, especially if you want to visit the beach. Ordered bike back there (about 40 batts per person in one direction). I think more suitable for long-term stay. Excellent room and zone for carving.

[R1] Why did I choose this hotel? It was during the 618 big sale, and there was a promotional package at half price. The room type wasn't ideal, as it was a forest suite with no sea view, but for that price, I felt it was worth experiencing. [R2] Hotel Pros First off, the privacy is excellent. You truly get your own exclusive stretch of beach. All rooms are detached bungalows, so you barely hear any noise from next door. The sea here is indeed quite beautiful, and the sand is very soft. I think the biggest highlight, though, is their pool – it's incredibly photogenic. The staff's attitude is also great; if you're on the beach, you'll get complimentary water and fruit, and someone will even lay out a mat for you. This aspect of the experience was really good. [R3] Hotel Cons Firstly, the public areas of the hotel are quite small, basically just the main building and the bungalows. So, you're pretty much limited to the pool and beach each day. The breakfast selection isn't very wide, although the à la carte options are decent. I think the biggest drawback of the hotel is the very long staircase you have to climb every day to get from the restaurant to the beach or the pool. Going up and down that every day is really tiring. Also, the spa prices are quite high, starting at around 800 per person.

The hotel is good, and the staff are friendly. The pool is clean; compared to what I've seen even in 5-star hotels, this one is well-maintained. The rooftop pool is very warm and open until 8 PM. Each pool has shallow areas for children. The area is generally quiet, and it's a leisurely 10-minute walk to the sea. Surin Beach seemed to be one of the most convenient and had clear water, unlike others. We occasionally encountered jellyfish. We were here in April 2026. Shops and cafes are also nearby. 7-Eleven is usually more popular with many, but in my opinion, Daily has more variety at the same prices. We stayed in a family suite on the second floor. The room itself is good, but the downside was the housekeeping. I believe a thorough cleaning of the entire room should be done sometimes. I agree that guests vary, and some require extensive cleaning afterward, but tables and chairs should be wiped down completely now and then. However, overall, if you overlook the room cleaning issues, I really liked the hotel! Thank you for a comfortable stay!
