Hotels in Panwa Cape, Phuket

Hotel is amazing and magical, we booked a night for the glass canoe and was worried they’d be fully booked up constantly but got an amazing amount of time on them. Note that the pool area is only small for these canoe and you can’t swim around the hotel. The rooms are lovely clean and spacious and the rooftop pool is lovely. Only downside abit far from everything but still only a couple £ in a taxi to the old town

New clean accommodation. Ideal cleaning every day. Welcome staff. In life and truth even looks better than in the photo. Our house had a comfortable zoning for the living room and bedroom area, large bathroom, lots of windows. The beautiful area a lot of green, charming. We were very much moved by the flight and we arrived late but we met without problems. The only thing, there is almost nothing in this area, before all entertainment (beach, cafe) we have to go. There is a 24-hour food nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The location is great, the pool, beautiful night lighting, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. But when we checked out, we were in for a surprise. When we checked in, there were 2 towels in the room, but when we checked out, it turned out that there should have been 4 towels (2 for the room and 2 for the beach). The hotel staff decided to withhold 900 baht from the deposit. We showed them all our things, opened the trunk of the car and all our bags. We showed a photo of us on the beach with our towels, asked to look at the cameras. They left ”to look at the cameras”, after which the fine was reduced from 900 to 700 baht. We refused to pay and the hotel representatives simply left. After 2 hours, they finally gave us the phone number of the ”boss”, who eventually said to return the entire deposit to us. The man brought us the money and told us to get out of here as soon as possible (this is a quote). We have been going to Phuket for more than 10 years and this is the first time we have encountered such behavior from the staff. Most likely they just forgot to put towels, but for some reason tourists have to pay. We definitely won't come back after this.

Overall, staying at this hotel is quite satisfactory. Advantages: 1. The hotel has upgraded the sea view villa for free, the view is too beautiful, and it is more beautiful than the pictures; 2. The furnishings are very carefully, the towels are folded and the animal graphics and the flowers are arranged, the children are very happy; 3. The hotel’s dining is very good, especially The breakfast is very rich and of good quality. It is amazing on the table. Other ordering services are good, and the price is not expensive. It can be said that it is much cheaper than ordinary roadside restaurants in Patong, and it is cost-effective; 4. Hygiene. Very clean, and the pool water is also replaced 24 hours a day, which is relatively clean. Disadvantages: 1. The location of the hotel is really remote. You must remember the approximate direction when you go out, because the location searched by Baidu Maps can't come back. It probably leads to the foot of the mountain, not the path back to the hotel; 2. Lived It is normal to break the glass in two days, and the price is not expensive, but the bottles on the shelf of the toiletries are easy to break. The shelf is not stable. I want to take it off and use it. I instinctively lift the lid, but the lid is the same as the bottle body. The one that was not tightened, fell directly to the ground and broke, 600 plants each, which is still quite expensive, and the broken things were printed out on the computer after the inspection of the ward, which is probably the part that often causes problems; 3. The biggest The problem is actually related to Ctrip. The actual partner is BOOKING. Each room stated on Ctrip can bring a child from 1 to 11 years old. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk will show their cooperation book with BOOKING, which is only 2 Free for children under the age of 2, and 2500 plants per person per night for adults over 2 years old. Fortunately, I remember that when I made a reservation on Ctrip, I saw the child’s terms and conditions, and then showed them to them and translated them directly. After they communicated, they said that our two 5-year-old children would not add money. This problem caused the check-in for more than half an hour, which was uncomfortable at first, but after seeing the beautiful sea-view room upgraded for us, I stayed comfortably. The hotel's service is very good, and more change is prepared as a tip, and both parties are happy.

The hotel is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. The pool is fantastic, and the bartender at the poolside bar is great – their Mai Tais and Piña Coladas are incredibly delicious. It's also very close to the beach, which wasn't crowded at all. I enjoyed everything and would happily return. The only downside I found was that the towels were a bit worn and faded. I couldn't find any other negatives.

Booked a room for 2 adults + 1 child 14 years old. The room has one double bed, no extra bed. It's ok for one night, but no more. Breakfasts were included for two, fed three, no extra money was charged. Picturesque views, a swimming pool on the premises, a superchip store and a good massage parlor across the road.

The location is indeed a bit secluded, but since we had a private car for our tours, it wasn't an issue. However, the villa is surrounded by lush nature, so remember to close your door promptly when coming and going. The decor is minimalist and has a chic, Instagrammable vibe. The local roadside eateries nearby serve delicious food. Overall, I found it offered decent value for money, making it perfect for travelers looking for a truly laid-back and relaxing escape.

Rooms are spacious, breakfast is good, View is amazing, i will definitely go back for the above reasons. Quiet area during the this holiday rush 😎 If they invest in more Kayaks and paddle boards for hotel guests to use it would be amazing, even let guests hire them for 100 baht per hour, this way they can pay off the investment and keep the equipment updated.

Veranda Resort Phuket, Autograph Collection (Marriott International) Location: 8.5/10 – It is about a 20-25 minute drive to Central Phuket and Phuket Old Town, which is convenient. However, I recommend renting a car if you plan to stay. Service: 9.5/10 – Smiles are everywhere in the hotel, which is the most important aspect. All staff are very helpful and proactive, especially when traveling with a 4-year-old. I want to give a special mention to Ms. Mira and Ms. Am in the kids’ zone; they helped take care of our son during the kid activities, allowing us some much-needed ”me time.” Room: 9.5/10 – The room is very spacious for two adults and one child, and the sea view is excellent for enjoying the sunset. Environment: 8/10 – The lobby features a stunning sea view, which surprised us upon check-in. It's a bit far from the airport and Old Town, but there is a beach in front of you, a very nice place to spend a relaxing time with a very nice view. It was very interesting to see a large number of butterflies in a place like a courtyard and pass through a flock of butterflies. The staff were very kind and helpful.
