What a fantastic family-friendly resort! We had a spacious family room for four, enjoyed an extensive breakfast spread, and loved the massive water park and kids' play area. Our room, though located in the furthest building, was wonderfully quiet and clean. A pleasant surprise for us southerners, it didn't feel humid at all. Even our late-night check-in was incredibly smooth! I got to experience scuba diving for the first time right by the pool and even practiced my English – what a double treat! All for just over 60 RMB, it was absolutely incredible value! The instructor was incredibly patient, and I had a blast learning! Convenient self-service laundry facilities are located right outside, operating 24/7 with wash and dry cycles completing in about an hour. There's also a massage parlor just outside, boasting excellent techniques and a great ambiance. You'll find convenience stores on both sides of the hotel, and a mere 10-minute walk to the right will lead you to durians for just 24 RMB each – a real bargain! Free parking is available for guests who are driving, making it super convenient to explore the area!

I truly love the service here — the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. As a Muslim, I really appreciated their attentiveness. During breakfast, I was about to take a plate of spaghetti carbonara when two staff members quickly approached me. They kindly informed me that it contained pork and immediately replaced the dish without hesitation. The next morning, they went above and beyond — monitoring my food choices and clearly labeling the dishes with ingredients like “Fettuccine with eggs” and “Noodles with squid.” It made it so much easier for me to enjoy my meals with confidence. That small but meaningful gesture truly touched my heart. This trip has been an amazing honeymoon experience — peaceful and calming, even though we were right in the heart of town. It’s just an 8-minute walk to Kata Beach and 15 minutes to Karon Beach. If you love sunsets, I highly recommend Karon Beach — the view is simply stunning. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Phuket. The warmth and care shown here made this trip truly special.

It was a fantastic stay. Fantastic area of Kata beach, it was close to all the restaurants where we could try all the thai delicacies. The breakfast was amazing! Also amazing customer service from Max, Kruad & Dew! They allowed to check-out late on our day of departure since we had a late flight back to Bangkok!

Hotel location is very good. It is marvellous that buggy service provided on request between lobby to main street. I can walk 10 minutes from main street to beach for surfing. Hotel have gentle and helpful staff. Hotel have lovely swimming pool. The idea is very good. Gym room is well-equipped with machines. However, improvement need to be made on the housekeeping part. Our room didn’t refilled with enough towel and toothpaste. Even we made request by phone, we didn’t get new towels. I have a happy stay anyway. Thank you!

We took the pool room, which was awesome as it's jist outside our balcony. We were located at L1 right beside the restaurant for breakfast and play room. Hotel is quiet and tranquil with mountain view. Very relaxing and nice. Don't expect too much from breakfast. Very average with small variety of Thai food with some bakery options. Staffs were very friendly but many can't communicate well in English. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel venue is kind of situated on the hill so it will only be convenient for people who drives. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent — housekeeping was efficient, and the reception staff were always friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. Daily breakfast was tasty and well-organized, and the free shuttle service with a kind and helpful driver made everything even more convenient. The swimming pool is great, the hotel grounds are beautiful, and the beach is within walking distance. Although the furniture is a bit dated and we had a small issue with the door lock, it didn’t affect our experience. Overall, everything was very comfortable and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again next time! 👍🏻❤️

Hotel environment very nice very insta style And beside hotel is 7-11 very convenience, have shuttle bus go and back from Kata Beach if walking distance also 10-15 minutes not very far. Overall will recommend this hotel for who require quiet and chill trip.

We had a lovely stay at Beyond Kata Beach Resort. The location is excellent—right on the beachfront with a beautiful view of the sea. We originally booked a sea view room and were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The view from our room was absolutely stunning! The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. It’s a perfect spot for couples or families who want to enjoy the beach and still have easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. One small thing we noticed was that the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming during check-in—a warm smile or friendlier approach would really help guests feel more at home upon arrival. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Beyond Kata Beach Resort for anyone looking for a beachfront escape in Phuket!

Amazing hotel! Very friendly staff. Gorgeous room. Great jacuzzi on the balcony with amazing sunset views. The pool is a separate story - it's great 😍😍😍 Breakfasts were very varied and delicious. Really enjoyed staying here! 😃

We stayed at this hotel in February for 10 days, everything was great, the room was large with a balcony. There was a safe in the room (free of charge), a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, coffee and tea were replenished every day, cleaning every day. You can cook on the first floor, there are also several tables, the hotel has a scooter rental, very convenient. Kata and Karon Beach are 15-20 minutes away, at a leisurely pace. There is a night market nearby with an abundance of food and fruit. Many cafes for every taste and budget. Unfortunately, we did not take photos of the hotel, and a video review cannot be attached to the review.
