The **swimming pool area is fantastic** — large, clean, and includes a fun **water slide and kids’ play zone** that our child absolutely loved. The **room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable**, and the **staff were friendly and welcoming**, especially the manager who greeted us warmly upon arrival. The **location is close to Kata Beach** (about a 7–8 minute walk), though the hotel itself doesn’t have a sea view. The **buffet breakfast was good**, but the menu was the same on both mornings of our stay. There’s **no halal meat option in the hotel restaurant**, but **halal food is easily available just outside the hotel**, only 2–3 minutes’ walk away. Overall, it’s a great family resort with excellent facilities, especially for kids — we truly **enjoyed the pool area and relaxing atmosphere**. Highly recommended for families visiting Kata Beach.

We had a fantastic three-night stay in a pool access room. The breakfast spread was quite varied, with different dishes offered daily. If you're traveling with kids, this hotel is a definite win! Just outside the hotel, you'll find a smaller 7-Eleven to your left and a larger one to your right – take your pick. The local restaurants and massage parlors nearby are all excellent. The beach is a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes, but the hotel conveniently offers a shuttle service.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent — housekeeping was efficient, and the reception staff were always friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. Daily breakfast was tasty and well-organized, and the free shuttle service with a kind and helpful driver made everything even more convenient. The swimming pool is great, the hotel grounds are beautiful, and the beach is within walking distance. Although the furniture is a bit dated and we had a small issue with the door lock, it didn’t affect our experience. Overall, everything was very comfortable and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again next time! 👍🏻❤️

I loved this hotel! I plan to go back. Just a 10 minute walk from the beach. The rooms are incredible and the service is impeccable. Also incredibly affordable drinks and food. Happy hour is 11-8 which makes cocktails just 99 Bhat, the cheapest I’ve seen in Thailand. The food portions are a little small but other than that, 5 stars. Book the balcony room, the poolside rooms are more expensive but offer less privacy.

The location is fantastic. It's just a 7-8 minute walk to Kata Beach. A 7-Eleven and the Kata Night Market are right across from the hotel, and the airport bus route passes by, making it super convenient for meals and getting around. We booked a spacious suite for our family trip. We'd emailed the hotel in advance about bringing our child, and the sofa bed they set up was quite good. The decor feels quite new, and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The service was very friendly, though the staff's English accents were quite strong, so you might need to listen closely a few times. The breakfast selection was decent. The pool is a bit small and lacks a view, but it didn't affect our stay. Around a five-minute walk to the right from the hotel entrance, there's a chain coffee shop with air conditioning. The prices are comparable to what you'd find back home, so it's worth trying.

Great hotel in good, quieter, but convenient location. Room was comfortable, water temperature and pressure were good in the shower. Check-in/ check-out were easy. Pool on ground floor outside needs better filters, but still decent. Didn’t use rooftop pool or gym. Breakfast was good with a lot of selections. Lots of food options, currency exchange, and shopping nearby. Free shuttles to beaches if you’re not up to walking.

I stayed in the direct access to the pool room and was literally 3 steps from the water 💦 Room and bathroom is a bit small but fine for short stays Vibe is great if you like music around the pool Restaurant is right Infront of the hotel that serves a variety of cuisine. Room 👍🏽Smart TV ❌ No full length mirror in the room If you prefer sleeping in or a more quiet room note that the room opposite the pool bar is subjected to people playing in the pool. Staff is very friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself was quite nice, with a lovely pool area perfect for relaxing and a small but functional gym for a quick workout. The location is convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance. However, getting around is definitely easier with a scooter or taxi. Our room was comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable and affordable stay with great service!

Spent 4D3N here. Location-wise, not directly in from of Kata beach but they conveniently provide shuttle service to the beach, just 5 mins away. Resort is right in the middle of the main kata street so easy access to the area. 711 available nearby. Room-wise, we relocated on the ground floor in front of the main pool area, direct access from our balcony. As Asian family, we were used to leaving our shoes at the door and bare foot in the room, however floor was dirty. Not used for us to walk around in the room with our shoes. Beds were soft to our delight. Breakfast was good. Didn’t really get to enjoy the pool as we were sick day before departure. Suspect the drinks from previous night dinner we had at one of the restaurant along the street. That just killed the entire mood and we couldn’t enjoy Centara fully.
