This hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, yet it remains pleasantly quiet, which made my stay very comfortable. The greatest strength of the property is its staff — always attentive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. While the furniture and fittings are slightly dated, the overall cleanliness was excellent, which I value the most. The hotel offers a spacious swimming pool, delicious breakfast options, and convenient room service. I ordered food to my room, and they even included a complimentary dish, which was a lovely gesture. Additional services such as excursions, taxi bookings, and an on-site currency exchange machine make the stay even more convenient. I also visited the spa, which provided a very positive and relaxing experience. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel with excellent service.

The hotel is lovely. Every unit has a pool view. It gives a resort vibe although it isn't near the beach. The bathroom comes with a shower cubicle and a long bath. I booked a room with 1 queen size bed & 1 single. But they upgraded us to a bigger room with 3 single beds which delighted us. The room deco is nice. I like that a halal restaurant, Casablanca is within the hotel. You can dine by the pool or in the comfort of the restaurant. It serves Indian food which is delicious & reasonably priced. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Phuket.

We had wonderful time in Phuket, and hotel was nice. Service was nice, front desk was friendly overall we had great experience. Although our room lock was not fully locking from inside but we figured it out. Some features, especially technological stuffs could use some update but scenery and vibe makes you forget all about it. For your money, you won’t regret.

Amazing Stay at Beyond Patong! I had a fantastic stay at Beyond Patong from July 27–31, 2025. The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a great view of the pool and ocean. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after exploring Phuket. Trip.com made the entire booking process seamless. The confirmation was instant, the price was reasonable (CNY 3,182.88 for 4 nights), and everything went exactly as expected. I highly recommend both Beyond Patong and Trip.com for a hassle-free vacation experience. Will definitely book again!

the location was nearby the mall, and most of the tourist attractions. 7E was everywhere near the place, nearest being less than 250m. secured the place at such a bargain. The receptionist is so friendly.

Had a great stay at this newly renovated hotel! Everything felt super clean and new, which I really appreciated. We had four people in our group, and the room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. The staff were also amazing—really friendly and polite, and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfy and pleasant stay!

I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Patong Beach Phuket and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a fantastic location—just a short walk to Patong Beach and very close to the famous Bangla Walking Street, which makes it easy to enjoy both the beach and the nightlife. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a pleasant visit. The hotel also offers good facilities that add to the overall value. If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Patong, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I mainly chose this hotel for its location, as it's not far from Banzaan Fresh Market and Bangla Road, yet still quiet. However, I might not have paid attention to the room type when booking, or perhaps the front desk didn't assign us one, but our room was in the main check-in building. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the new building across the street has much better facilities. If you're booking or checking in, definitely choose the new building. Our room felt unsanitary; the sheets had been washed but still had large yellow stains, and the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned, with visible usage marks and a strong odor. Secondly, the facilities were old, and the water quality was poor. We brought a filtered shower head, and after running the water for a while, it turned black—not yellow, but black, which was truly terrifying. We visited during the off-season, but it felt severely understaffed. Check-in took a very long time, and no one seemed to care that we were waiting. When we tried to call the front desk, many ignored us, and some just told us to wait again, which was quite cold. The two young men at luggage storage were excellent, and I'd like to specifically commend them; they were very enthusiastic. Since our room didn't have hot water and the front desk was unresponsive, I had to report it to the luggage staff, who then relayed it to the front desk, and it was eventually resolved. In summary, if you stay at this hotel, be sure to book the new building, bring a filtered shower head, and don't expect good service.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location of that hotel is perfect, you can go to the beach for 5-7 minutes by foot, enough choice of cafes near the hotel, also you can go to the big shopping center for 30 minutes. That hotel territory is beautiful and clean everywhere. Beautiful trees and blooming flowers are inside and birds sing songs, butterflies fly and we even could see a squirrel on palm trees. Food is good, it’s not so big choice of dishes for European people but it’s enough for breakfast, you always find fried eggs, scrambled eggs ,fruit and vegetables and good coffee from coffee machine, tea and water . Also always croissants and waffles or pancakes. They have enough choice of Asian cuisine. I want to express my graduate to the hotel staff, especially Aun, Nong and Bua . These girls are always helped to us and gave us a good advice to visit another wonderful beach . We did it by taxi and we enjoyed it. The rooms are specious and clean . Each room has balcony and comfortable chairs with small table there. Cleaning was good and every day . You don’t need to worry about shampoo,shower gel, teeth brush and toothpaste , vanity kit , they will be in your bathroom. This hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool. If you have questions ask me and I will try to answer.

It was wonderful! The staff was wonderful, everyone. We were traveling with my mom and friends. I felt right at home. I felt cozy and comfortable. It was stylish, the interior was beautiful, and it was clean. We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 PM. I asked for early check-in, and they offered us the option of checking into available rooms now or waiting for upgraded rooms with a pool view. We were very tired, so I asked to be checked into any room right away. That evening, after we'd slept well, I asked to upgrade to a room with a pool view the next day. We packed our bags and left them in the room. We left in the morning, and when we returned that evening, the staff had moved our bags to our new rooms. They also surprised us with elephants made of towels and a sweet wish on the mirror. Tribe offers delicious and varied breakfasts. There's plenty to eat for those who like to eat a lot for breakfast, as well as a wide selection for those who prefer coffee or tea with sweets. I didn't have time to try everything during our week-long stay. Your chef is wonderful! Thank you for the freshly baked pita! The pool is superb. The bar serves delicious cocktails. There are clean towels for the sun loungers by the pool. A special thank you to the staff who were attentive when I had a mild allergy. The manager at Bew told me there was a hospital nearby and to call reception immediately if I felt any worse. I've been to Thailand many times before and knew where the nearest hospital was and what to do in such a situation, but I think for those traveling alone or for the first time in Thailand, such care is very important. There is underground parking. I was driving a low-slung car and found it difficult to park there, so they suggested I park upstairs. The hotel has everything, and I think even more. Even a coworking space and special, noise-absorbing booths. My mom and I really enjoyed it! See you there! Thank you for your hospitality!
