it was really a calming and nice villa big and clean, the theme was outstanding too, would definitely go back, the serenity and the peacefulness, was really relaxing and its nearby beach too

Hotel is fair but I would not rate a 5*. Room was decent with all that it needs. Clean room, possibility to get beach towels. Breakfast was good and pleasantly surprise by the benedict eggs chef preparation. Location is quiet and not many things to do around (very limited restaurants, no shopping area, no markets, no late activities). Possibilities to walk around and check the hotels nearby from the tree area until beach. The outdoor area can be better maintain After sunset appear mosquitos.

A beautiful and small resort. Very quiet, yet very family friendly. Highly recommended if tranquility is your thing. Perfect for my partner and me. However, you might want to consider the lack of variety in dining options. Two out of the three restaurants offer the same menu, which can get repetitive after a few days, although the food is delicious. Housekeeping can be a bit unpredictable with their timings. Also, watch out for the prices of water. It's a peculiar review. If you seek relaxation and nothing more, then this resort is ideal — it boasts a stunning beach with the perfect view of a Thai sunset. Lovely facilities and welcoming staff. But if you desire a diverse range of Thai cuisine and cultural experiences, it may be better to opt for a location closer to the city.

This is a really beautiful good hotel for those who wanna relax, but for those who wanna clubbing, partying and shopping, definitely not a good place. The staff are really polite and helpful. They clean the room 2 times a day. The breakfast is fantastic, the best breakfast i have ever had in any hotel. Delicious fresh and full of varieties. The pool was fantastic with 1.2 1.5 1.7 2.2 meters depth and a place to sit or stand in the water. Too many beds and umbrellas. ‼️Mindful about the beach, you can’t swim in the sea. There are red flags everywhere !!! But the beach is big and pretty.

This is a very service oriented, typical Thai hospitality type of theme hotel. Great service woth the stated amenities and offering. However the room condition is abit old need upgrading and the choice of food at the breakfast noy live up to the resort name and atandard

We arrived late. there were two gentlemen who greeted us with warmth and affection. (Perhaps one of them is the manager since he wears different shirt from others.) They are handsome,polite and speak fluent English. What surprised me was that they could feel the difference from Mandarin , Japanese, and Shanghainese. (Our little daughter speaks Shanghainese and Japanese because her father worked at Tokyo.) That means staffs in this hotel are very smart. Also, everyone will say hello to you with smile and be ready to help you at any time. And during our stay, my daughter was bitten by the mosquito, and was hurt. They sent a pro nursing staff to our room to treat the wound. We felt very comfortable in this hotel and got great experiences. Besides, we would like to say sorry that because of our carelessness that we put the tips near the TV casually on 28th April , the staff who was on duty that day didn’t take her tips. But she still cleaned our room perfectly. Back to the hotel, the room is clean and big, everything we need can be found easily. There are two swimming pools. One for adults, which shares a fabulous view of the sea. The other one is for children. Our daughter enjoyed it so much. The hotel has free shuttle bus to the center and free bicycles. But we chose to eat at the hotel. They’ve got 3 restaurants and one coffee shop. Pizza,Pasta or local Thai food can all be tasted here. That’s enough for us. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time we come to Phuket and will definitely recommend to our friends.

I’ve never experienced such luxury with people that treat you like royalty and you can feel sincerity in their service. They do it from the heart in making sure that your stay in Anantara is well taken care of and ensuring you have the best time ever. That’s how I feel. I could not find any cons while staying here. Special thanks to my butler, Minnie. From day 1, she was the one who arrange the transport, the boat trip to the island, our food arrangement, she took care of it all. Even til the last day we check out, she made sure we have a place to rest although it’s past the official check out time. She even gifted a souvenir on our last day which was such a nice personal touch. The room was spectacular it comes with a private pool, the beach was very clean and blue, the breakfast spread was utterly delicious, the buggy guy was always very friendly. The reception guy Sonny even allowed us to have an early check in since we arrived quite early. Everyone was lovely. I dare say, this is the best vacation Ive ever had in my entire life. Not even paid to write this. I sincerely mean it. ❤️

Staff are friendly & helpful! Hotel is quiet and nearby the beach! GAIA Restaurant is great for birthday celebrations!! Yean, Pim, Hong, Nong are very helpful and friendly! Small insect around the forest so it's acceptable!

The Anantara Vacation Club was a great place to stay and facilities such as the pool and kids club were awesome. My children loved it and want to go back. We got a room upgrade which was amazing. The room had a kitchen and living room area to relax. The only complaint was the window leaked in water when it rained really hard.

Just cool and nice place to stayed before our flight back. At the end of our trip, nearby the airport and so comfortable here. I love the mattress and the hotel so close to mini mart(7-11and mini big C) Also before we check in just have some games to play, relaxed and so nice. Will be back to you ”Mai Khao hotel”
