We arrived a day later than our original schedule but the staff were very welcoming and helpful and made sure we were settled in. They helped up rent a bike while we were with them and made sure that all of our need were satisfied. The location of the property is a bit out of the way from most things but with a bike it was easy enough to get around and the the remoteness was worth the quiet and spaciousness of the rooms.

We had a great time at Jula place. I was hesitant at first because I read worrying reviews but our experience was great here. I am still currently there. I just booked 2 different rooms. They’re both clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend the spot!!

The hotel is magnificent overlooking the city. All staff are very attentive and professional. However, the only unpleasant experience was that we found a giant cockroach in the bathroom on our second day. The Yip’s family!

This is my go to hotel in Chalong. It is situated in the heart of the fitness street and is surrounded by Muay Thai gyms, CrossFit gyms and yoga studios with various options available for healthy foods. The hotel is still under construction but the amenities currently available are amazing for the price and the rooms are very spacious. Definitely recommend for any travelers looking for a quiet place to stay while getting in some fitness.

Very cool hotel. They immediately gave me a room with a view of the marina, I didn't even ask for it. You can see a piece of the sea and birds fly in, greenery all around. The room is even bigger than I expected, it has everything you need and even more. The huge highway makes an impression, which has an exit from both the bedroom and the living room. Look for a washing machine on the terrace, a valuable thing)) a ​​huge TV, no Russian channel, but there is YouTube) during my stay, a question about cleaning arose, I wrote to the hotel in the application about it, the room was cleaned again, properly, and they apologized with a postcard and fruit. I contacted about the TV, since it was set to Chinese, the issue was resolved. The service in the hotel is quite fast and efficient. There is a beautiful pool upstairs, and the rooms that overlook the highways on it, I think, are the worst, since there is no privacy. But I did not notice anyone in the pool for 3 times))) the gym is very small. The hotel has a free shuttle to the beach, but the beach has strong waves. If you don't mind spending money on a taxi or a car/scooter, then everything is great. Many thanks to the staff.

Good value for money. It looks like a luxury hotel with your own pool access, quiet atmosphere and good cleaning service every day. Lady at the reception Kwang is amazing! Helped me to rent a bike and many other things. There are some nice restaurants next to hotel. I enjoyed my stay

Very good, very suitable for families who want to get away from the city and have a relaxing vacation. The sea is just a few steps away, and you can go to the sea at night~ The environment is also great. There is food at the door and a supermarket next to it. Most of the guests are European vacationers. There is also a zoo in the park, where you can feed peacocks, deer, ponies, and geese~

I had a fantastic stay at Arch39! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made my experience special. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything was designed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location in Chalong was okay—great if you’re exploring the area or visiting nearby attractions. While it’s not right by the beach, transportation is easy to arrange. Overall, I highly recommend Arch39! Excellent service, clean and cozy rooms, and a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

We were welcomed with a room upgrade! The hotel is quiet, with no turists in the neighbouring area, only locals. We enjoyed it but it would have been far from everything without renting a scooter/a car/organize a taxi. There is a big gym very close to the Hotel. Service was good, with friendly receptionist/owner AND cat. The room was clean, spacious and we enjoyed the terrace and the hills view. The bathroom was also good.

The owner of this sea view villa area is Chinese, very young and very talkative. I have lived in this resort by watching the comments of Shaoyin. This villa is in the middle of the mountain and the sea view is very good. Auntie breakfast is made now, service five-star hotel standard, villa facilities are complete, there are mahjong machines, billiard tables, family KTV, treadmills. There is also a coffee machine, it is too comfortable to have a cup of American every morning. The most important thing is the sea view infinity pool, which is simply too comfortable. The most important thing is that the housekeeper can arrange hot pot and hot pot for us! I really don't want to go out when I live here, and I lie flat and be a waste.
