Everything about my stay was great, but I was disappointed by the experience I had with the front desk manager. As we had already checked out but still had two hours before our boat departure, we decided to go for a swim. When I politely asked for a towel, I received an unfriendly response: “You have already checked out, so it’s not allowed.” This response made me feel as if I was no longer valued as a guest, which left a negative impression. It’s unfortunate how a single interaction can overshadow an otherwise pleasant stay. I’m now uncertain whether I would recommend this hotel to others, as one person’s attitude can truly impact the entire experience.

Regarding the complimentary round-trip transfer service from Chalong Pier to the hotel: We had already booked our room when we realized our flight arrival time wouldn't allow us to catch the hotel's free speedboat. We contacted the hotel multiple times via phone and email, but different staff members quoted conflicting prices, and their attitude was unhelpful and unwilling to negotiate. Eventually, we had to re-book our speedboat through Ctrip customer service and even change our flight (a self-arranged speedboat costs over 14,000 THB one way). So, if you're heading directly from the airport to The Racha, make sure to plan your timings carefully and allow plenty of buffer time. The complimentary speedboat service is only for two adults. Despite booking a triple room, we were informed that two children would incur an additional 1050 THB each for the speedboat, plus extra bed and breakfast charges. At checkout, we were incorrectly charged this fee twice, which we caught during our review. Please make sure to double-check your bill carefully when settling. The speedboat ride was quite bumpy, with a sensation of weightlessness, lasting about 35 minutes. It's essential to take motion sickness medication beforehand; some fellow passengers were violently seasick. Because of this, I won't be coming back; it was a truly awful experience for me. Environment: The main draw here is definitely the environment. The lobby bar overlooks the sea, and Happy Hour runs daily from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, offering buy-one-get-one-free on drinks. The Sunset restaurant requires reservations, but I don't think getting a table right by the edge is essential. The Thai food is quite good. Room service, ordered directly through The Racha app, is very convenient, fast, and the quality is excellent. Facilities: The facilities are quite dated and show their age. Beach flip-flops are provided. However, cotton slippers and bathrobes are not allowed to be worn outside the room. Service: Breakfast at Earth Cafe was alright, meeting expectations. We also had dinner there on our second night, and overall, the dining quality was decent. I've seen the 'jellyfish sea' (crystal-clear waters), but next time I'm in Phuket, I won't make a special trip to The Racha.

The place is beautiful and nature oriented. Probably not the right place for night party-goers, but rather for those who like to be near nature, like to scuba-dive and snorkel. The fishes were amazing! and immediately, one meter away from the beach. Food was nothing to talk home about, according to my taste, but there are other restaurants at walking distance. The whole island is walking distance, which is nice! It's nice that the hotel picks you up from the closest Phuket beach (Chalong pier) and brings you back - included, free of charge.

From the moment we booked until we checked out we had super service . Amazing experience. The staff are friendly and helpful . The place is very convenient with shops all around . Easy access to transport . Delicious breakfast and a vibrate outside bar . I will recommend the place to anyone traveling to Phuket 👍👍👍

This hotel is located in a relatively partial location in Phuket. If you are going to travel, it will be more troublesome. The hotel is a small B&B. The room is clean and the boss is very enthusiastic. You can also rent a motorcycle to the boss to go around. But if you use a credit card to pay for it, you still have to pay for it. The boss said that it is only for cash, not for credit card. So it’s useless to give a credit card to Ctrip. There will be some food stalls around you to choose from, three meals is not a problem!

Very impressed, clean accommodation. There is also a cat. Have a chance to go to Phuket, will go back to stay again.

The place is remarkably beautiful, with large lagoon in the centre of resort. The staffs and owner are really nice and helpful. We got lost at the airport on our first day and we reached out to the reception to ask for transferring service. It took only 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. We had a really great time here and hopefully, we'll come back again very soon. 有美丽的地方，度假村中间有一个大游泳池。 服务员和业主都很善良。 我们到达的第一天，我们在机场迷路了路，并联系了人员以帮助取车来接我们， 只等了大概15分他们就来啦。在普吉岛玩的很开心。 希望很快回来，肯定也要回到着度假村住！

New hotel, fresh and stylish renovation, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast cafe. The hotel is located next to a big road, very noisy. You can stay for 1-2 nights, no more. This is more of a motel by the road, not really suitable for relaxation. There is poor water flow in the shower room; there is water on the floor all the time; you even had to walk through the water to the toilet, which is not entirely comfortable.

The price is not expensive. Book when there is a promotion with a lot of discounts. It is worth the price. Location: I like it. It is not on the main road. It is quiet. It is easy to find cheap halal food in that area.
