Hotels in Nai Yang Beach, Phuket

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a comfortable experience, but the hospitality needs work. The check-in process felt too quick and lacked a personal touch; a warm greeting or welcome drink would have been nice, especially since we checked into multiple rooms. While the staff were polite, a more engaging atmosphere during check-in would really enhance the guest experience. The rooms were well-maintained, but I believe focusing on hospitality could take this hotel to the next level. Looking forward to seeing improvements on our next visit!

Overall good. The summer price of a low season is adequate. But who shoots it in a high season for the full price of my questions. The villa is made beautifully, but as often in Thailand is not ”for itself,” but for profit and it leads to the cassues - the villa looks exceptionally expensive, but full of details on which saved simply to funny, for example, All the coverage in the house of laminate, including in the kitchen area. What is it necessary to explain to what it already leads? The engineer is made chalturno and because of this in their beautiful toilets often swim invariable shit. The administration has come up with a masterpiece - near the push is a huge vantous 🤣. The street lamp is burning not all and nobody is eager to change them. In short, these ”small” are enough. But once again the villa is not bad simply it is not Russian, not Turkish and not Germans built and repaired.

Excellent Stay in a Spacious, Modern Room I recently stayed in one of the new rooms located approximately 300 meters at the rear of the resort. The room was impressively spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large, comfortable bed with clean, fresh bedding. A notable highlight was the generously sized balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The breakfast buffet offered good value for money, with a wide selection of healthy and well-prepared options. The resort also boasts several swimming pools, including one of a decent size suitable for proper swimming. However, it’s worth noting that the pool water appeared to be heavily chlorinated. The only drawback was the bathroom, particularly the toilet, which was surprisingly small—more suited to a child than an adult. This design oversight could be a significant issue across the many rooms in the new block. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was very positive, and I would highly recommend the resort for its comfort, facilities, and excellent value.

We stayed at this lovely hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how cozy the rooms were. They may be on the smaller side, but they’re incredibly comfortable and well-designed. The road is nearby, but once you close the door, the noise is barely noticeable, which made for a peaceful stay. The hostess was exceptionally caring and attentive, making me feel right at home. Everything was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing getaway!

Много читали отзывов перед тем как забронировать, отзывы были разные, но мы решились, нас встретили по приезду и заселили в номер B504. Первым делом поразила чистота в квартире (кто жил в кондиках в Тайланде, тот поймет о чем я). Все соответствует написанному, стиральная машинка, большой телевизор смарт, с рутубом 🤷🏻♂️, стабильный хороший Wi-Fi, много посуды для приготовления пищи, короче все Чётко, за свои деньги. Единственное что уборка происходит раз в неделю с заменой постельного белья и полотенец, но так как стирка есть - не проблема. Также в кондике есть автоматы с Российской едой (пельмени, гречка, соленья, х/к скумбрия и многое другое). Хозяйке мис Пук, отдельное спасибо за бесплатный поздний выезд!!! До аэропорта на такси ехали 12 минут.

Бронировали апартаменты для проживания семьи из трех человек - два взрослых и ребенок 6 лет. При выборе жилья было важно, чтобы была кухня. Еще хотели остановиться именно на пляже Най-Янг, т.к. в прошлый раз жили на разных пляжах и последние дни провели на Най-Янге, где нам очень понравилось. В этот раз планировали остановиться в The Title на 6 ночей, а потом переехать. Но нам очень понравилось проживание в этом месте, охраняемая территория, бассейны у каждого корпуса. Хозяйка смогла нам продлить проживание в нашем номере, оформив официальный договор. В номере было необходимое для готовки - посуда, кастрюли, губка, средства для мытья посуды, масло, специи. Холодильник, микроволновая печь, утюг, гладильная доска, фен, стиральная машина и сушилка - всё это очень пригодилось. Есть рабочий сейф. В гостиной имеется диван, который раскладывается и в ширину он такой же, как кровать в спальне. Ребенок спал даже комфортнее, чем мы с мужем))) Нюанс в спальне - жесткий матрас, заснуть было тяжело, спина с утра болела. К минусам кухни - она маленькая, пространства для готовки крайне не хватает. Но это максимум, к чему можно придраться. В одном из корпусов есть маленький спорт-зал, бассейн на крыше. А в одном из бассейнов импровизированный корабль, куда любят забегать детки. В нем есть ячейки открытые, где дети хранят свои игрушки. А также в этом же корабле можно посидеть в парной или полежать наверху палубы на шезлонге. До моря ходили первые дни, пешком минут 10-12. Но в планах было взять байк и потом мы быстро на нем долетали до пляжа. Сама территория кондо очень приятная, красивая, бассейны чистят. Не раз нам переползали дорогу вараны, но они скорей боялись больше нас, чем мы их))) За забором кондо у них целое раздолье - канал, где они плавают. Создалось ощущение, что в целом кондо - как маленький городок для русских. Нашли друзей, а детям будет тоже легко найти себе занятие и приятелей. Обязательно вернемся ещё!

Excellent hotel, spacious two-room houses: living room and bedroom. It was comfortable with a child. Quiet place, nothing prevented sleep. There is a veranda, it is nice to sit in the evening. Small and clean hotel, friendly staff. The location is good, the beach is 5-7 minutes away. You need to go straight, through a small vacant lot behind the gate, this is the fastest way. In general, the beach and the place are very quiet, ideal with children, there are almost no waves, the cafes on the beach are good, there is a tops supermarket and a laundry nearby.
