The front desk welcomed us with no smiles. The explanation upon checking in was very rushed. Not so friendly. The swimming pool looks great but no try udirng our stay. Resort is in near to Patong Beach area, about less than 10mins walk. Near to Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Central Patong. Breakfast varieties and taste were ok. Limited parking lots

Great place They are always upgrading They have Just started Breakfast again Good selection of dishes Most days freshly baked biscuits and Scones Putting in bar soon Paths could do with upgrading a bit tricky with bags Overall would recommend Staff very friendly and go out there way to assist you when possible

Property was ok

Overall its a good budget friendly place to stay. Need more selection in breakfast. Location is very good. Not suitable for families with kids. Fine for couples and friends to stay.

Great location with a beautiful pool area which was well used. Shower and water supply needs attention as strange colours and odours were appearing. Breakfast is plain with the omelette being the stand out. All dishes need to be kept hot as they werent on the 3 breakfasts we had. Weve stayed before and its been better. Staff are friendly and helpful but everything seems to have been set on the minimal setting and thats it. Good bed and comfy room.

Staff were great, location was awesome walking distance to beach clubs shopping centre

All good just the bed was hard and the water in the shower was stinky, they need to clean the pipes. Great location .

Fantastic service and great location but would good if they had a restaurant and pool bar on location.

Rooms very old and not clean... we stayed only one night.. breakfast was a joke. We lived 3 days in a cheaper and better hotel and hoped for and upgrade but that proce is 30% more expensive and absolutely not to recommend

The experience here wasn’t too pleasant because one of the towels had some kind of bleach stained on it. They wanted to deduct it from me and not give me back my deposit and they say they would get in trouble. It seems like it was just a ploy to some money in their pockets when we never actually use that towel so we were quite upset we won‘t stay here again.

They cheated with me. I booked a room 2nd floor with a balcony but they gave me 1st floor without balcony. 1st photo i booked and 2nd,3rd they gave me.

Great stay food was good location was great must visit
