Love everything about this hotel!  The location is good ! Got 7E just nearby. Staff are really helpful, very friendly  Will come again for sure!

The stay was very comfy! There are 3 pools so it’s not hard to find sunbeds. The bar by the pool was very nice. It’s 15 mins ride to Central Patong. It’s good to be staying here as this had much more privacy & quieter than the resorts right next to the beach. Perfect for family/ couples as you can enjoy quiet evenings. There were also complimentary group classes like Muay Thai, Tai Chi, Yoga etc.

The hotel is not located close to the main street, but we were aware of this when booking. We rented a motorcycle next to the hotel, which helped solve the issue of its poor location. The overall architecture and scale of the hotel are good, but the operations and details are disappointing, wasting the original design and the brand’s upscale image. The facilities and decor are somewhat outdated and lack proper maintenance and repairs. Every time I used the sink, I noticed water flowing from the rusty and stained outlet. There was only one paper towel provided upon check-in, which was careless. The showerhead had a weak water flow, was difficult to fix on the holder, and couldn’t be adjusted for height. The bathroom glass was filthy, the trash can was a cheap stainless steel model, and most frustratingly, the toothpaste was in paper packaging but extremely difficult to open, and the contents were hard, making it impossible to use for brushing teeth. There are many details that can't be fully listed, but overall, the experience for users is very insufficient and does not meet the standard expected of a four-star hotel. The outdated facilities should be replaced, and appropriate renovations should be made; otherwise, considering the price and location, guests will be disappointed. 酒店地理位置不近大街，但預訂時早已知道，我們在酒店旁租了電單車也解決了地理位置不佳的問題。 酒店的整體建築與規模很好，可以營運與細節令人失望，浪費了原先的設計與品牌的高級形象。 設施與裝潢都有點殘舊，欠缺適當的保養與維修。 每次用洗手盆都會看到水從充滿鏽與污漬的出口流出、紙巾入住時用完一張就沒有(太粗心大意)、花灑水量偏細、花灑難以固定在架上亦不能調較高度、洗手間的玻璃充滿污漬、垃圾筒竟然是廉價的不鏽鋼款式、最令人氣憤的是牙膏是紙裝但極難打開，裡面竟然是硬的，完全不知如何用來刷牙。 還有很多細節不能盡錄，但就是對用家的體驗來說十分不足，也不應是四星級酒店應有的水準。應更換已過時的設施，作合適的翻新工程，不然以這個價格這個位置來說，會對客人失望。

Nice hotel. But not physically & not practicaly. - Difficulty in transport to city centre. - Complicated system of designing the building & rooms , not easy to exit to street without using boggy !!!! You have every time to waste time and wait to order the boggy .. !! The visitors prefer always to easy exit from hotel ... and this hotel is not .for the next building. It's good only for who want to relax at the resort without going out much many time .. Thx

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong, and I must say, the experience was a mix of breathtaking views and some disappointing service. - The Positives From the moment I checked in, I felt like I was on vacation. The stunning views truly set the tone for a relaxing getaway. This hotel is a fantastic choice for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Patong. - The Negatives However, my stay was marred by a significant issue. On the second day of my stay, I noticed a towel with multiple blood stains, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Hygiene is paramount in any hotel, and this was disappointing. I called the reception to address the issue, hoping for a resolution that would reflect the hotel's high standards. Unfortunately, the response I received was less than satisfactory. While I understand that the hotel was busy—there was a 40-minute wait just to check in—customer service should remain a priority. A gesture of compensation would have gone a long way in addressing this concern and enhancing my overall experience. I’ll be posting a video review shortly, as it’s a shame to highlight the negatives when the potential for a great experience is there.

I booked this for my girlfriend and she has the best moment ! The rooms were huge , the food was amazing . The breakfast was fantastic! Next time I will travel with her

The towels in the hotel are very dirty, the pillow also with some dirt!

Spent our honeymoon here and we got upgraded to a villa with a private pool. We were very surprised, impressed and amazed with our entire stay for 3 nights!

Highly recommended hotel for families, amazing staff, great service, and the food was amazing and diverse dishes.

Breathtaking resort. Really clean, spacious, private, luxurious topped with incredible peaceful views of the ocean and surrounding forest. Breakfast buffet was beyond amazing!!! Room was huge. Loved the tub & all the storage space. But lighting in bathroom could be better for makeup.

Horrible facilities make our family very bad experience. 1. We arrived at 5pm, the Room still not ready yet, we have to wait forvmore thsn 30mins 2. Aor condition out of control suddenly at night and cant fix after 45mins. We called 3 times to ask if any other room to change, however no one can help, just saying they will fix, we cant take good rest at all. 3. Finally they provide another same grading room at 10pm, the most horrible was the water in private pool was brown color and super dirty! Cant swim anymore. 4. Insect control is suck, many fly in the room, please go with you like insect. I dont believe that i spent HKD $3500 for such bad hotel, which really make us sad.
