Everything is satisfactory, but I must respond to the charges. I can accept them, but why is there no list of charges in the bathroom? This is not a pleasant feeling. I have been coming here for many years and this time I did not feel good.

I will never return to this same place, It was a bad experience with this hotel, they told me due to my booking was with third party, all booking are only allowed for 2 adults per room but when I booked with Trip, I clearly state that it’s for 2 adults and 1 child with age stated. And they insist me to pay the extra cost. So I don’t have a choice uand pay during my checked in on 29/1 (Chinese new year eve) and I can’t allocated anyone from Trip. And when I went to the room, the bed sheet wasn’t change, it was with stain, and I haverequested them to do it but it wasn’t done for my 3 nights stays. And during my checked out, I passed them the room keys and they told me to wait for 5 mins as they are checking on the mini bar but end up I have to wait for more then 13 mins and still standing without informing me that I can leave till I asked them again, then the lady told me, you can go now. The lobby staffs at the counter doesn’t have enough experience to handle customers when there are too many, all these needs to be improved especially the person who answer the call over the phone.

Nice hotel on a large property; golf buggies to transport guests between buildings are helpful.

Too much pork and low quality food at breakfast. Not five star. Also the ladies who pick up the room service phones need to be trained on how to be much nicer to guests when speaking and responding to questions, queries and comments. Also in-room dining is not 24-hours. Also, not good for those that don’t drink or have special dietary requirements like halal or kosher.

The stay has been disappointing to say the least - we were greeted with a nice entrance, but the rooms, the service were lackluster. For example, when we checked in - there was no one to greet us by the door, or someone to help us with the luggage The concierge was slow to reply via the dedicated hotel app, and the buggies were slow to come. When we entered the room - it looked like it was hastily cleaned up and the floors were still wet We went up to visit the 360 bar but it looked like it wasn't ready for customers - and the buggy sending us there did not warn us about that I know we didn't book an expensive villa this time round (we were just staying for one night), but I do not think hotels should discriminate services rendered like this. Unlikely to return; and I do not recommend this hotel

We absolutely love the Pavilions and will definitely return! We stayed here for one night to celebrate our honeymoon/anniversary since we couldn’t travel due to the pandemic. Special shout-out to Anthony for his warm welcome, tour of the facilities and our pool villa. The team had prepared beautiful decorations, cut fruit and cake on arrival for our celebration. The location is a little away from the beach but if you want privacy and to be pampered, this is the place to be! Definitely recommend the spa - it is a must!! Our booking included a 1 hour massage which was a very, very pleasant surprise. If you stay at the villa, you will need to call for a buggy to take you around. We had dinner at the Firefly Restaurant and we enjoyed everything and also the live music by the pool!! We will be back~ thank you for the perfect getaway, Pavilions!!

The best service I have ever met.

The hotel is beautiful even the basic rooms are spacious and marvelous the staff were over accommodating and extremely pleasant. Breakfast was amazing the facilities fantastic. It is off the beaten track but perfect to wind down. I would absolutely recommend but being aware you can't really walk to anywhere however they offer a shuttle service daily.

Very good hotel for holiday. Peaceful & the Italian Restaurant is extremely good for food & service.

Great service and hospitality from the start of the stay till the end. Staff were always smiling and helpful, made our stay comfortable and joyful. Restaurants were superb with room dining easily made available. Stayed at Pool Villa with awesome sunset view.

Excellent experience, we hope to visit there again soon
