The hotel is geat. The staff are nice and friendly. Especially our check-in staff Mr. Natt. The rooms are with balcony and we have nice pool view. There are 4 pools in the hotel. The kids pool has slides. Our kids had wonderful time playing in the pools. The breakfast food is tasty. Will definitely come back again!

This hotel located in an excellent location which is convenient to everything. But it is a bit crowded there.

Mosquitoes in the room as we stayed near the pool at the ground floor. Breakfast is so so actually. Swimming pool is great. Kids club is also good.

Dirty… Many flies coming out from the drain in the room everyday. And hotel staff were not possible to change another room for us for even one day but we have booked for 3 days. Won’t come again!

We were so lucky can get a room when we reached in 10.30am. The Russian staff was very friendly. Swimming pools: very nice and big enough. My son loves the kids pool so much. Breakfast: good but too many flies there. Bedroom: a little small for putting two luggages. Outside of the toilet bowl had some stain, seem like poo stain :( Location: The way to walk to Jungceylon was easy, however walking time was ard 10-15 mins. Quite tired to walk back to hotel after shopping and carrying lots of stuff. Take tuktuk or car was 200B.

I hope i can give more than 5 stars. It was a wonderful stay with my kid. Staff is very polite and helpful. They pay attention to every single detail. They are very professional in maintaining their resort service standard. Favourite part is the swimming pool that my 5 years old kid enjoy for the whole day. Basically the pool suits kids of all age. Thank you for the birthday decor setup in the room. Nothing was mentioned during the stay but they are kind enough to make the special effort. Room is very clean. Housekeeping is good. I was being assigned to a connecting room which i think that soundproof can be better. I am able to hear the conversation of another room quite clearly especially around 11pm. Lucky that it was not a party session. Hotel have 2 entrance/exit which can leads you to jungcelyon or patong beach. Near to 711. Definitely good location.

Exceptional pools especially the kid pool. Has great kids club to entertain the kids especially during raining days. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Located just outside the hotels are the shops like 7/11, bags and clothes shops as well as eateries. Beside courtyard is hard rock. Across a small road is the beach so everything is super convenient and accessible by walking.

It's an amazing hotel, small kids water park, adults pool, excellent service, location is amazing just in middle of Patong night life, restaurants, bars, stores and shopping malls, the beach in across the street, the beach is public so there are no bed beach or. Place you can leave your stuff while you swim, there Restaurants where you can eat and leave your belongings while you are on the beach. Food at the hotel is very good and the breakfast is perfect with many choices.

I like so much this hotel. Everyhing are perfect. The room is newly refurbished and very clean. The location is near Patong Beach and just beside Hard Rock Cafe. There are 4 swimming pools and it is huge. The only thing I dislike is there is no rain shower in the bathroom.

Great location close by to everything,beach is just within few steps from the hotel. Room was nice we took the pool excess block 7 which was the best I think pool was awesome kids slides was amazing.Breakfast was nice many selection too choose from.the only down side for me was the restaurant ala cart not great nothing special at all

The hotel is situated on the main stretch of Patong. Very convenient. Breakfast was decent, however we were disappointed with the dinner experience at Smokestack BBQ & Grill. We were convinced by the server that we should try the semi-buffet grill offer but the experience turned out wasn't nice at all. We had shared our feedback with the restaurant and was well heard by Kit, the F&B Hotel manager. We will surely give it another try when we next in Phuket. Saying that, we did however had a very UNPLEASANT experience at the hotel stay. We are a party of 3 booked with 3 rooms. We came back to hotel at our last night of stay earlier due to heavy rain. When my friend opened her door, there was another person who has just been checked in with the same key that has made accessed to my friend's room (who is just next door to mine). We were completely shocked by hotel's mistake to check in guests to a room that has NOT yet check out. More importantly, the same room key that has NOT reset or change for new guest checking in. It raised a major issue in terms of security stay at Courtyard Marriott. Despite the scenario had happened, hotel staff didn't come to the room to resolve the matter straight away despite our numerous calls to the reception requesting for hotel manager or duty manager to come. Instead, I have to walk all the way to reception after a long wait by both parties (us and the newly checked in family). Frankly the experience was terrible, not only it was unpleasant, it was not handled properly and unprofessionally. Even when we met with the Duty Manager, he did not even approached us to have my friend's room key changed after the incident; instead we have to remind him of changing a new set of key for her. We have stayed in many Marriott properties in our life, this is by far the worst experience ever, and honestly cannot be the standard of what the brand of Marriott stands for. We sincerely ask the hotel to look into this matter as this certainly raises a major issue of safety and security staying at Marriott property. Thanks.
