Very nice hotel but except one issue😅. Electricity gonw around 10 am morning and until i check out around 12 pm electricity not came. They said there is power cut by electricity department but a four star hotel like this must needed a electricity generator. Its really makes me wonder why don't they have it 😅.

Bedsheet is changed daily, however when you request room cleaning it might take them 2 hours to finally reach your room. Swimming pool is clean and relaxing

Excellent in every way, highly trained staff make you feel special. Restaurant food is underwhelming unfortunstrly, can't give a perfect score.

The staff was really nice. We loved to stay there. And outdoor area was beautiful. It was our anniversary trip and they welcomed us with decorated rooms. It makes our trip more special. Everything was good.

Nice hôtel. Clean, the stuff is generous. Not far from kata beach there is a free shuttle bus. Many restaurants around we really enjoy. I firmly recommend you this hotel. See you next year

It’s only 10 minutes away from the beach! Great hotel! clean! And lots of swimming pools in the hotel

The room was spacious and we loved the location. Although the staff needs better training, we overall enjoyed the beautiful and quiet area. We stayed for two nights but didn’t understand why housekeeping didn’t come to our room for the entirety of our stay so that was quite disappointing. The pool is beautiful but not very private as it’s facing the “restaurant/bar” and isn’t too big…

Great resort located close to Kata beach! Located far away enough so that it’s not noisy!

The hotel is rated as 4 stars but is actually more like 3 stars in terms of amenities, fittings and furnishings. The bed quilt felt quite thin and was not adequate for comfort. The towels did not feel very fresh.

Very very beautiful hotel. The room si big, very clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and friendly and I appreciated a lot the possibility to take a shower after check out. Five star for this structure!!!

I have stayed at the Palmery perhaps 7 times over the last 7 years. Love the hotel, big, modern rooms, good location, facilities, pools and gardens. Great staff. Our rooms weren't ready at 2pm when we checked in, but the wait wasn't long. Returning at the end of the month. Breakfast is quite good and goes until 10.30am. So many pools. It's an interesting property. Can highly recommend. Near good restaurants, etc.

Ok so - where do I start ? Let’s first say that the location of the hotel is actually great since it’s not on the Main Street of Kata Noi / Kata = which means that it’s less noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful but nothing out of the ordinary. For the reason why I gave 3 stars. The cleanliness - I would say that the bathrooms probably need a deep cleaning or a refurbishment since you can see that they were used heavily - despite overall cleanliness , it doesn’t strike immediately as clean. The pool access room - cool.
