We got a lovely room with incredible views of the city and ocean. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Loved the pool with the bar.

Good location & Hotel staff provided courtesy attentive service ! We will come back for vacation in future.

There is a steep slope to royal wing which is inconvenient for elderly as well as pushing the luggage. Housekeeping was slow. Room is still not cleaned at ard 3.30pm. Do not stay here if you can't stand the loud music.

Lovely view from the room ( we were on the 9th Floor). Neat and tidy, good breakfast, and very close to the parties at Patong. We had a great stay, will stay here again Tip: Go to the sky lounge on 24th floor to watch the sunset

Great location to party with your friends or partner!! Surrounded by bustling fun and shows. Hotel room is spacious and clean, staff is helpful too. Breakfast is about the same everyday, but not too bad~ Will come back here next time!

Every thing was so nice

Good vibes, very friendly staff and super clean. Pool bar and location are definitely a highlight.

Good location with the Beach, Bangla Road and plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping seemed slow by comparison to other hotels, but was done by late afternoon. Sliding panels between bathroom and bedroom are a negative, as you hear everything! Overall though a plus and I would stay again.

Good hotel have a balcony to see a a nice view of the mountain and the sea. Overall is a hotel to recommend 👍🏻

Lovely hotel and pool , room was great , very very nice bed I think only down side for me and I probs should of said because it’s close to two mange drag bars that Go on till 1-2am is kinda kept me awake for being up at 6am to leave so next time will ask to be other side of hotel so away from the club side , But was lovely stay

Title: Terrible Experience – Bed Bugs & Poor Hygiene I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. On the first night, the bed was full of sand, which was unacceptable. We notified the staff, and they changed the sheets, but the next night was even worse. I woke up covered in bed bug bites all over my body. When we informed the hotel staff, they showed no concern, did not apologize, and offered no compensation. The lack of hygiene and poor customer service made this a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in wasn't ideal. Used Book.com. Hotel didn't have my booking, so between Book.com and hotel my booking made and paid for 6 mths earlier was stuffed up. Took about an hour to checkin. I'd asked specifically for a high room, was given a worn out room on lower level. I suspect it was the 'back-up' room as i've stayed here three times prior in much better rooms. Tap was dodgy, air leaked onto floor, etc. And think it was a smoking floor by the smell. Breakfast was a lot downscaled from previous stays, but maybe reflective of low season, regardless it was adequate, but not the selling point it had once been. However, pool great, staff amazing, location excellent. Would stay again, just not in 904!
