We had a wonderful time at Andaman White Beach Resort. At check in, we got an upgrade to a villa with a pool. We were so happy. The beach was private and clean. We will go go back again

The hotel is nice, secluded: there’s nothing much around it, which can be a good or a bad thing. I loved the private sandy beach, now it’s high season, and yet there were maximum 10 people at a time. So it feels all for yourself. I got upgraded and stayed in a little house with private pool and exit to the beach. Thanks for that. BUT there were 3 things I didn’t like: 1. noise, I don’t know, probably air conditioning or pool cleaning machine of A NEIGHBOR HOUSE, not even mine. In my room the AC and the fridge were also loud, but I turned them off. Yet I could not turn off the neighbor’s ones. At night it was hard to sleep because of that sound. 2. the pool cleaning — mine didn’t have that. The water there is still , was not changes next day, and I am not sure if was changed before I arrived 🤷♀️ In the neighbor pool I can see the water is always floats and changes, in mine not. 3. Every time I bought something and wanted to pay with my card, I had to go to reception. Every meal, every cocktail. That was disturbing. It was my last day of my holiday and I was short on cash. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem to pay by card, I could do it. But every time I had to climb 7 staircases to do it.

Andaman White Beach Resort in Phuket is perfect for a peaceful getaway with friends. With a private beach, stunning views, and comfortable rooms, many featuring direct beach access or private pools, it offers a touch of luxury. The staff are friendly, and the Thai cuisine is excellent, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy time with friends by the sea.

Nice hotel with beautiful private beach / remote but good for everyone who wants to relax. The staffs are friendly. This is my favorite hotel, I’ll go back next time. PS. Maybe because the hotel is old but if can be more clean will be excellent. :)

I like the location and cozy villa. It’s very calm. Their restaurant has no local food and no special menu. Just easy western food. So I suggest to plan going out for dinner to other places. I wanted face towels and face towel towels holders. Their deposit accept only by cash. Please prepare for some cash.

Second time staying here, we love the isolated beach with only few people on it, we had dinner here this time and the food was very good. Only 5 min scooter ride away there is Nathorn beach with some bars and shops and massage places, very convenient. And only 15 min from the airport so it’s perfect for the last night on the island.

Very beautiful place right on a tranquil beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a few nice places to visit around the hotel but you need to rent a bike if walking around isn’t your ideal way of spending your holiday. The restaurant is also very nice

I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and I don’t know what happened this time. The staff didn’t seem as helpful, almost as if were bothering them. With the exception of the restaurant (the manager in the restaurant is really excellent, always checking up and having a friendly chat with everyone) and bar staff, the other staff seemed annoyed when we asked something. For example, when we arrived we noticed we were missing face towels. I called the front desk to ask for towels. The lady said she would send towels over. After about half an hour and the towels still not arriving, I called again, and I could hear by the way she responded that she has clearly forgotten to send the towels over. Kept waiting and waiting, still nothing. Eventually when we went outside later that night, we found someone had simply left the towels on the table outside the room. Also, one day we were waiting for the staff to come clean the room. I went to the front desk to ask when they were going to clean the rooms, because nobody had been there yet and we were in need of new towels. The lady said they only start cleaning after 2pm, which I thought was strange, because shouldn’t they clean the rooms before guests start checking in at 2pm? I got back to the room, and then realized it was already 2:30pm. Eventually about 4:45 they came around to clean the room, so I assumed that’s the way they do it at this hotel. But the next morning they showed up at 9am to clean the room, just very inconsistent. Also, on our second last day at the hotel, we got a letter stuck to the door, reminding us to check out at 11 the next day because the staff has to clean the room. Where is this coming from? My third time staying at this hotel, and this is the first time I received this note. We have never checked out late before, so I really don’t get it. It’s also really nice that they have the private beach, but it’s very dirty. They try to clean it up, but they don’t throw the trash away. They simply pick it up and throw it on both sides of the beach. Me and my girlfriend saw a lady (a guest staying at the hotel, not hotel staff) picking up trash on the beach, and decided we were going to help her. I went to the bar and asked for a trash bag, and the 3 of us picked up trash on the beach as much as we could. Luckily we made a friend that way. Like I said, I’ve stayed at this hotel and this was my third time, but I really feel like the standards have dropped. Now the main things about this hotel is just the private beach and the proximity to the airport. I will think twice before booking a stay here again. I feel there are hotels for the same price and cheaper that offer better service with more helpful staff. I just really want to thank the manager (the older gentleman with the white shirt in the restaurant) again for your excellent service. You are a star.

The best place i have ever been!!!

An awesome secluded resort hotel not so far from the airport. Staff is usually polite, our beach room we got was just great! Bed is very soft and the bathroom is amazing! Food is good, even the pizza we ordered at the room was a decent. Definitely would return!

We know this hotel since many years .Year after year it is going down .only prices go up .The beach is indeed great .practicslly private and beautiful. The swimming pool is nice even if it too much treated with chemicals . The rest is not at what should be expected of such a standing : médiocre restaurants , poor service (both in quantity and quality )even if the staff is nice ;it is the management this is deficient and the poor maintenance of the place . Great for the beach . Poor quality for price .

Service here is stellar on so many levels. From the greeting to room service to dinner or drinks at the bar this resort is amazing. If you're looking for a quiet stay with Phuket this is the place to choose. Friendly staff, easy access to Patong, Laguna, and other places makes this worthy of repeating. A five minute car or motor bike trip lands you in a small town of Naithon with the beach on one side, hotels a store and massage places on the other. For the fruit lovers Mangos here are beyond compare. Longan, rambutan grapefruit, and other fruits are abundant. Forty-five minutes and US25 each way will take you to Patong Beach which is a bustling area that never quite sleeps. Overall a wonderful experience
