Location: Great for Chalong, very close to all the gyms and restaurants, although better may be out there for someone willing to spend more time looking. Pro’s: Location and pool. The pool is on the roof, and has a spectacular view, and plenty of sun. There is a steam room (although this was out of order when I stayed), gym (I didn’t try this as it’s Chalong, so I went to HIIT classes), Sauna, and ice bath (both working well). The bed was exceptionally comfortable! Cons: The room wasn’t swept or dusted properly (someone else’s shorts were sitting on the balcony). The room cleaning overall wasn’t good, and sometimes missed completely. The shower would randomly run cold or hot. The breakfast isn’t recommended, the food is of substandard quality and can easily be topped anywhere on the street. Seemed like an afterthought.  Overall: If you’re booking off-season, and you get it at a great price, go for it. Be wary that the photos used when I booked weren’t actually of our hotel, but the newer hotel they erected up the road. In my opinion the service, amenities and decor of the hotel just aren’t up to scratch for what they charge. If they had to spruce it up, and drop the prices it would be far easier to recommend, right now it just depends on the price you can get it at.

Great location if you are coming to workout at soitaid One of the rooms wasn't very well.mantained - there are different types of rooms ones very modernized recently updated and some quite beaten up and due for renovation. I hope blue can update both buildings to same standard so don't break expectations.

The hotel has just been renovated. The air conditioning is cool, the bed is comfortable, the room is big and not stuffy. If I have a chance, I will come back to stay again.

Very good, impressed with everything, the room is clean enough to walk barefoot comfortably, the room is spacious, not stuffy, smells good, the blanket, pillows, and bed sheets are white and clean, new in the room, there is a work desk, the bathroom is spacious, there is soap, shampoo, and toothbrush ready.. The receptionist provides good service, smiling. When I come to Phuket again, I will stay here.

Excellent hotel, super location) the pool on the roof is also good) the bathroom on the balcony with lighting, the only thing I didn't like was that the neighboring room is divided by a wall, and the neighbors see you as if you live in the same room👀😄
