The location is convenient. There is an exchange boot right next to the entrance. The room was alright, you can partially see the ocean. But room needs an update. The price was one of the cheapest considering it located right across the beach. There is a pool on the roof. Service is good.

This small hotel is located strategically just across Karon Beach, Phuket in Thailand. I booked it for convenience and great vibes that I don’t need to walk a lot or ride a tuk-tuk just to be in the beach. You just have to be careful crossing the roads in Thailand as it is another skill to have! On another note, this hotel is a bit funny with their floor and room numbering system, so just be aware of that as I was assigned room 317 but it was 2nd floor in the elevator number, haha! It added some twist to how fun my Phuket trip was! In terms of cleanliness of the facilities and friendliness and service from the staff, it was great and I have absolutely no issues with them! They were great in keeping everything tidy. Aside from its awesome location, I particularly selected this hotel for its good price and their washrooms having a bidet! If you know, you know why that is important to some travelers as we are not uncivilized savages, so that’s a plus for those who are looking for this feature in a hotel room. Overall, I enjoyed my short stay and wished I stayed longer. I will be back again!

It could be really better if they fix the lift, its too hard to carry a lot of luggies by stairs if you are traveling with your family. If you take a room with seaview, be ready for 24 hours music sound coming from Outside.

I chose this hotel cos it's the most affordable in Karon and it's very convenient to go anywhere. It's the first time staying there. The room is spacious, however it's quite an old hotel. As it's an old hotel, of cos there's stains on pillow cases. Water pressure is not good. Location wise, it's just across the beach, and it's nearby eateries and 7-11s. The hotel has got a small pool and an unusable gym.

Bad water pressure, had to jump around in shower to get wet. Room dark, no windows. No lift, had to carry heavy bags up and down stairs. Location was good to get to the shopping markets and beach.

The hotel is -3. The only good thing is the location to the sea. Everything else: 1. The room is small, you can't get to the balcony. 2. The balcony is ok, the view is of the mountains. The shower room is ok, but the water pressure leaves much to be desired, there was even a disconnection. 3. The WiFi is simply catastrophic, at first it disappeared, they fixed it, the speed is minimal. In the evening or in the heat I wanted to watch a movie, but I can't. In general, the hotel is a 3.

Great hotel! The best there is - we recommend and like it - the first line from the sea - super top! A few seconds walk from all the shops and stalls! On the first floor there is a massage with the best specialists! The room is comfortable, a little dirty. But daily cleaning, change of towels and accessories. We rested together: in the room there are 2 beds and 2 bathrooms - very convenient! Of the minuses: there is some dampness, a little mold, the hotel is a little scuffed (seasoned), there is a pool, but we did not use this service, it is on the roof, but small and also lived its time. We looked at the Gym - it's funny. Just funny. Exercise machines are terrible 😅 (although we did not plan on them). Overall: 10/10 for its price and location! We really liked it!!!!

Very noisy from the road, otherwise everything is fine. Suitable for a short stay. The price is high for this type of hotel.
