Old, dirty and staff can't speak any English or pretend not to. Put in a room with a thin connecting door to next door that you can see gaps through and hear everything. TV didn't work. Told no more rooms to move me but new guests somehow managed to check in while I was there. 3 nights of no sleep. Worst place I've ever stayed in Thailand

A terrible end to a week-long tour of Phuket's beaches and hotels!!! I was choosing a location, and it was bad. Trip offered a room with a big discount. The starting price was 15,000 rubles, they offered it for 7,000. I decided that it was very cool, I had to take it!!! How disappointed I was when I saw the room - without windows and doors ((( how can you offer such rooms for such money??? Trip, is this how you treat your regular customers??? ((( In general, I felt like I was in a prison cell ((( it's good that my stay was limited to one day, otherwise I would have howled ((( I definitely do not recommend it to those who love themselves and comfort. For an overnight stay - you can!!! But is it worth it for that kind of money??? (((

The double room I booked was a king-size bed room, but only one person was allowed to stay in it. The air conditioner was making a loud noise, like an electric drill.

The service from all staff was absolutely fine. The staff, whether at reception or in cleaning, were friendly and helpful at all times. I'd be happy to come back!

Disappointed with the room although we had a suite. I asked 3 times to have the safe unlocked so I could use it but in vain... quality of the suite quite poor. Very high price.

The attitude of a girl at the front desk is very bad. I didn't clean it the day before, so I went to tell him to clean it the next day. I shouted 2.3 times and no one came to clean it. I went down and asked again. She said that you are going to check out today and there is no way to clean it. Not cleaned for 2 days. Is the cleaning too much today? There are few rooms and paper towels are used up. Do we need to talk about cleaning this thing? You can help with cleaning before you check out.
