Loved it loved it loved it lived if loved it absolutely loved it

Place is nice enough, fairly basic but great value at the price. breakfast is just coffee and toast and a couple of pieces of melon. The location was good and the staff friendly. they did charge me a full day on a late check out they could probably have been more flexible on and the desk prices were several hundred baht more a night than using trip.com. Which they refused to match even though my original booking is that price. A bit odd as it is cheaper to use trip.com, and on top they lose the booking fee of about 20%. All in all it was a nice enough place , clean and comfortable at a good price. I would stay hear again, just always using trip.com to book.

Beautiful place with some very lovely cats to greet you when you visit! Spacious rooms and clean! Wifi worked great and there was even a breakfast in the morning. Fresh fruit, toast and coffee and tea

My second stay at the Sandy House will stay again in a couple of weeks.It is different to a hotel,home feel simple but very nice good location Staff a very friendly and helpful it is just of the busy main road but only 4 minutes walk to beach/ restaurants. Nice quiet stay but close enough .

Ok but walls are very thin

Nice staff, I didn't quite understand how they do things with cleaning, but if I needed anything I came up to them and they solved it without any problems. On the contrary, it's a great option for renting bikes. For me, an important point is the excellent pressure of hot water.

A wonderful hotel in a great quiet location. The staff is friendly and smiling. A pleasant bonus for us was that there is a mini-breakfast in the morning. There is a small area and a terrace where you can spend a quiet cozy evening. We would definitely come back here again. We recommend visiting.

The air conditioner in the room is terrible. The blades that move up and down are broken and the effect is not good. It works just like a fan and there is no cooling. However, there are many cats in the store, which are quite cute and the hygiene is also OK.

The room is clean and quiet, not too far from the beach, but there is a bit less parking.

After 8 years, I came back to Sandy House. There are a few more big cats. The boss Fang is still so smiling. You can rent a motorbike at her house for 200 baht per day. It is a relaxing place with simple European breakfast and coffee. I will come again.

After two days of fun in Surin Islands, we arrived at Sandy at 9pm with a tired body. Although the front desk had gone off work, the hotel staff had prepared a 'map' for us (we communicated with the front desk in advance because of our schedule and would check in late). We liked this 'map' very considerate! In addition, we also met a couple from Kazakhstan. The girl was very enthusiastic to help us find a room, and the boy introduced his motorcycle rental shop owner to us. We successfully rented an almost brand new Honda 110CSOOPY (although it was very late at this time, the owner was really nice and honest!). We ran far away, and we were very satisfied with the sanitation environment, facilities and equipment of Sandy Hotel! All this made us feel lucky on this trip! ! ! I will come again!

The hotel is in a good location in the village. It is best to bring your own car. The room has good air conditioning, two bottles of water, a refrigerator, and a large bathroom with hot water supply. There is land maintenance at the back, but it is generally quiet.
