Compared to other resort brands, the service quality is extremely poor.
Calling a buggy takes at least 10 minutes, the resort is teeming with ants, and the barbecue service (KRW 200,000) requires you to cook it yourself. While that's understandable, the staff member who set up the food said via a translator that she'd cook it for you, and I tipped them, but they disappeared. I waited for an hour while eating other food, but it never arrived. When I asked, they belatedly told me it wasn't included in the service.
I don't think I'll go back.
The pros are the price of a private villa, and the fact that fewer people use the shared pool makes it feel like you're renting a whole house.

리조트는 멋있게 잘 해놨는데 청결도와 시설이 좀 낙후되어있어서 아쉬웠습니다 그리고 저희가 간 날 뱀부레스토랑과 다른 식당들이 문을 닫아서 10층에서만 식사가 가능했던 점이 아쉬웠어요 손님이 저희밖에 없어서그런지 마사지와 스파운영이 잘 안되는 듯한 느낌을 받았고 마사지사 분들도 빨리 퇴근하고 싶어서 대충하는게 느껴졌어요

There was a lack of information on everything.
When I checked in, I was told where the breakfast venue was for the next day, but the location changed after that, and they didn't tell me anything about it.
Even though the facilities were scattered across a large site, there was no guide map, and I didn't know how to get to where I wanted to go.
I was surprised that there was no trash can in the room, but there were no teacups, so I didn't know how to drink the coffee that was provided.
Even if you use the spa, massage, or room service, you can't charge it to your room, so you have to pay each time. Despite that, they still took a deposit. Anyway, it was a frustrating three days.
Also, it was women's day, so I wanted them to prepare flowers, but they said they don't provide that service. I had no choice but to ask a florist in town to deliver them, but they didn't deliver them as specified, and I ended up receiving them the next day...Well, this is not the hotel's fault, but this stay made me realize that in the countryside, where there are few options, you have to prepare for these risks.
