Rova Hotel - Positano Horse Phu Quoc

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, and it's good that it was only 2. If I have some small comments about the bathroom, there is not a single hook, so there is nowhere to hang a towel or swimsuit. There is no threshold between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the water stands on the floor all over the bathroom. Only one chair in the room. The bed is hard, but that's normal. The main inconvenience is the water. On the first day we came from the beach at 17.00 and were able to wash, the second day at 18.30 and still no water, not enough pressure to switch to the shower head, since everyone uses it. They only give one card from the room, so there is constant noise in the corridor, people knock on the rooms and shout. On the second morning we got up at 7.20 and there was no water, no electricity. You can't go to the toilet, wash, take a shower, or charge your phone. The view from the window is partially on the sea

Beautiful resort with so much to make your stay pleasant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful room with an outdoor porch , pool , and an outdoor shower; this is in addition to them having a pool with a pool bar and a beach on the property . The room had a huge bathroom cleaned every day free water is provided every day. There is golf cart to take you wherever you wanted to go on the property. It seems like they think of everything to make your stay easy and pleasant. Part of our party had the VIP room that had a private pool and a Jacuzzi in the room Very Nice I can’t say enough, how helpful and pleasant the staff is, the bartender Mr. Lou just made himself part of our fun time and took care of us very well. The property is beautiful and you constantly see them cleaning the pools and the grounds. Breakfast is from 6 AM to 10 AM and I was very content to sit there the whole four hours such a large selection of food, including fruit, omelettes, soup, Thai dishes, noodles, and various breads. All that is provided for less than $100 US a night was just amazing to me and I might add they pick you up and take you to the airport. You are also able to exchange money at the front desk of the hotel. If it wasn’t for the 21 hours of flying, I would be there every year, I definitely would love to come back There is a Tennis court and spa on the property

We stayed at this hotel in October. Which is considered off-season. So we were absolutely alone in the hotel. Despite the fact that we booked a room in advance, no one was waiting for us there. When we arrived at 10 pm, we were very scared: it was dark on the territory, no one was there, we found the reception - everything was dusty. As a result, we walked around the territory, found slippers near one of the houses, knocked. An employee came out and accepted us. We had to wait about 20 minutes, since the room was prepared in front of us. Therefore, advice: if you are traveling off-season - contact the staff through their local social network, so that they will definitely wait for you there. Since they did not expect us, then in the morning we were disappointed at breakfast. Photo with rice and ”sausage”. By the next day, we were given a choice from all the options on the menu. But tomorrow was still not impressive. The staff at the hotel is not very good, but the administrator is very nice, kind and speaks excellent English. Thank you very much, she helped us a lot) About the room: not bad, but there are spiders 😬 A huge plus: a gorgeous beach two minutes from the hotel. Very clean, since the beach belongs to a luxury hotel. Minus: sun loungers there are paid. The hotel has a very cool swimming pool and many palm trees, beautiful. There are several very good cafes within a 10-minute walk. Delicious. When you get to the road, you will find a stop with free buses around the island. Overall, a good hotel. I think that in the season, when there are people there, we would not have encountered many minuses, and our experience would have been much more successful.

This resort so perfect in every way for a young family or older traveller. Great spacious clean bungalows, with fridge, aircon, mosquito net and space to sit outside. Located on a very safe beach with steps into the water, which abounded with tropical fish and stunning coral about 200 metres east of the resort. Toai the owner so intelligent, competent, and professional, speaking 4 languages. He organised airport and ferry transit, cars. He provides clear policy and invoicing in English. Also there is a pool, free bicycles, lounge chairs, kayak and snorkel gear. Toai and his team offer a delicious breakfast ordered via Wots app including traditional Vietnamese meals - Pho or Bahn mi - as well as fruit and good coffee for an additional fee. There is also option to order food via Wots app throughout the day. Fantastic resort, well run, clean, idyllic.

The apartment is absolutely new, modern and designed extremely intelligent. Rooms are very spacious, airy and fully equipped, especially with a convenient kitchen for those who want to prepare their own meals. What I like the most is that the hotel also supports free bicycles to move around, Sonaga night market, nearby restaurants. In addition, there is a free shuttle service to the sea, very convenient for travel. Overall, this is an ideal place to stay for those who want to enjoy a comfortable stay with full facilities and excellent service.10/10
