First time staying at La Festa, it was very comfortable and convenient. The front desk staff was warm and courteous, with high efficiency in handling tasks, quickly and effectively resolving the issues I raised. The hotel was also very clean, the breakfast offered a variety of foods, and the staff were proactive and polite. I will definitely stay here again.

First the food in room service is very bad quality and overpriced. I've got sick and we had to use it but i preferred stay hungry then. Not enoug sunbeds at the beach: you should go to the beach not later then 8 am to get a couch. Only one person speaks good english at reception and is really helpful and nice guy named Felix. Other staff gives you wrong information and their english is hardly understandable. During the morning time they shower the grass and it smells with a toilet septic.
The breakfast is ok and location is perfect. The beach itself is probably the best at Phu Qu Ok

We had a terrible experience on the third day.We had a plan to play golf in the morning, and we had to wake up in 5:30.Breakfast is indeed a necessity to cope with the intense activity,so we arrived to the lobby’s restaurant at 6:00.A man called David, who said he’s the night manager, said the breakfast would be only opened at 6:30.This is truly ridiculous, all we want is to eat a little thing to stay energetic to play in the morning, this guy, with a bad attitude, insist the food would be allowed only on 6:30.I don’t get it at all,we’re not looking for trouble,we just want to eat a little, even a bread,an egg.All the food were on the table, and the waiters were all prepared, and this guy,David, still did not allow.I don’t understand why your hotel’s manage is such inflexible,I believe we’re not the only costumer who needs to play golf or whatever in the early morning, and all we need is to eat a little. We provide the same money like the others, and now we can’t even eat a single bread.I have been to intercontinental hotel, and I’m telling you, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever had lived, since we couldn’t eat a single thing. In addition, while waiting for our taxi, this guy David closed all the lights.Such a bad attitude is definitely the worst feeling I had in my trip,I would never recommend others to live.If you can’t satisfy your costumers, only confine costumers with regulations and bad attitude,no one would ever revisit.

I had a high fever, chills, vomiting and food poisoning from the oysters I ate at the night market, but I managed to escape with the help of a nurse who was stationed at the hotel and prescribed me medicine.
I was very anxious when I experienced food poisoning for the first time in a foreign country while travelling, but I am very grateful that I was able to use the translation app to have a conversation with the nurse and receive proper medical attention. I was able to return home safely today. The rooms and the hotel were always cleaned by the staff and the hotel was always clean.
Unfortunately, the Chinese family littered the corridor with rubbish and made a mess, so please behave with good manners.

The Wyndham Grand hotel exceeded our expectations! We stayed 10 days. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We loved the separate swimming pools for adults and children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The private beach was pristine and well-maintained, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near must-visit attractions like Grandworld, VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari. A perfect getaway spot—I highly recommend it!

If we compare this to resort; the price only differs around 2 dollars for their sea view room, but I think the breakfast and service quality greatly differs. The view from the residence sea view studio is amazing, I liked it more than the resort. On the other hand, service, cleanness, and breakfast are a lot better in the resort.
The resort sea view room comes with a capsule coffee machine and has small details such as beach tote bags and umbrellas. Also, the study desk is more convenient, and the room is a little bigger. Gym is also on this side.
The residence comes with a kitchen, no capsule machine, no cutlery, nothing in the kitchen. The sink makes the room smelly. The room generally was smelly. The sheets never smelt fresh for all 3 days, even though I saw them changing the sheets. I don't think they cleaned the bathtub because the insect in the picture was there for all 3 days, even if the house keeping kept cleaning. The breakfast area is a lot smaller than the resort. Also, the breakfast selection is not as wide as the resort. For example, the resort had gluten-free options and baristas to make different types of coffee.
If you prefer having a good view and a sink, go to the residence. If you need convenience, go to the resort.
Also, there was a BBQ option for Saturdays. I found it quite overpriced. The menu selection was very limited, even less than breakfast. We asked for mangos, but they didn't have it. The fruits included were all the cheap ones. Only one type of beer was included, and it was not from the refrigerator. I think bbq was my worst experience in the whole movenpick resort residence experience.

The hotel was a value for money. Facilities could be a bit run down and need fixing up. Kids friendly and e pool is big. Beach is nice with clean water and sand. Breakfast selection is good. There are a few massage places and convenient stores outside the hotel. The free kiss of the sea show is definitely worth it especially it's free for all the hotel guests.

The room is spacious but kind of dated. Bed is comfy. The shower water pressure is good. There are US/Uk power points at both bedsides. However, there is no master switch to turn off the lights. The most weird design is the aircon. You can’t set above 19 or else it will auto turn off. Sometimes u just turn off by itself. Maybe this is the reason why there is a ceiling fan in the room. The breakfast is located in another building connected to the main building. The restaurant layout is beautiful and their varieties are much more than La Festa. The only issue is there many flies and few mosquitoes and even 2 birds inside the restaurant. Managed to kill one 1 fly and 1 mosquito. For the free shuttle bus service to the airport, the bus driver forgotten to call us at the lobby and the bus simply left with our luggage. Thankfully, they quickly arrange a car to send us to the airport and we managed to collect our luggage. Location is very near Vinwonder and there are shuttle bus services provided. Nevertheless, the pool is pretty nice.

The service, the facilities, the buffet, everything was just great.
There is a receptionist who I really want to mention and gratitude because he helped us a lot with so much patience and kindness.
If I'm not mistaken, his name is Suka/Suca, but anyway, you can recognize him by his beautiful smile, and he has a small France badge, which means that he can speak French.
Thank you for wonderful vacation, we will definitely come back and will recommend to our friends.

The Staff at the reception were amazing. Very welcoming, big smiles and so helpful. Requests were fulfilled immediately and I had a few :D anyway I asked for a quiet room on the top floor. I got it. I asked to be able to enjoy breakfast two times (at the opening at 6 AM and before closing around 10 AM). That in order to better manage my diabetes type 2 condition. They made sure I could get that too.
The staff at the restaurant was not so welcoming. Just doing their job. For a nice start of the day smiles and a friendly welcoming attitude would help...
The food for breakfast was plentiful and good. Items were replenished until the closing time.
The room was not very large but nice. The bed was comfortable. There was a safe and a fridge but nothing to do some ironing. The bathroom was very functional. The air conditioner was efficient and not too noisy. The TV was unusable for me but I usually do not watch TV anyway.
The big swimming pool with the large children section has very few lounge chairs...which anyway get promptly ”reserved” (and then left ”empty” with clothes, etc... to make sure no one can use them). But it is probably safer to swim there than in the polluted sea a quick walk away as the locals (and unfortunately many guests too) seem to have no environment awareness. Phu Quoc is from that perspective a very poor example in Vietnam.
The location of the hotel is good. The free VinBus stops in front and it is next to the ”fake” Venice. There are plenty of shops around as well as restaurants and other eateries. The sea and the beach are hardly a 10 minutes walk away.
The area is quiet and not visibly as polluted as the town. The town and the airport are easily reachable with the convenient and free VinBuses in 45 to 60 minutes.
I would not hesitate to come back to the Wyndham Garden should I return to Phu Quoc in the future.

RRachelBest hotel stayed in Phu Quoc! Room was super spacious with great view! There are a few restaurants around the resort - Sea Shack, Lava (Steak), Main Breakfast Room etc. The main dining area was very busy upon my visit for breakfast at 0800hrs and was directed to Sea Shack, love the view and chill vibe in this restaurant instead so it wasn’t an issue for me. Service was excellence, the team had your contact number for constant communication, and instant reply if you needed any help at all. The resort is not accessible to any shops nearby and all dining will be within the resort only. Love the exclusive private beach area!

GGuest UserOverall, this hotel is good!
Pros:
- peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation.
- Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter.
- Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available).
- 2-king sized beds, great!
- Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance.
- It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast.
- Free minimal water for refill.
- Welcome drink and fruit at room
- free bike rental
Cons:
- the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel.
- Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time!
- I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary!
- Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower…
- Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

YYeI traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks.
I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier.
What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~)
Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content.
The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected.
It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy.
We plan to visit again!
SShalsWe booked a 2 bedroom unit and it comes with a dining area, living area, 2 bathrooms and even a kitchen space ( no cutleries tho). Unit was also well equipped with a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety and staff were also polite and attentive. There was even a small Christmas party while we were there and all guests were invited to join the mini buffet. In room dining was expensive but there wasn't a need to really order from them as there is a night market opposite the hotel which has very good food options. The best part was the pool area - massive pool and it leads you to the sea! It's a private beach and really a good view ! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if I head to Phu Quoc again !

GGuest UserWe arrived very late on the day. The children are very happy when enter the room until there is one room the air-con is broken and on top of that one of the bed have sand inside. The worst is day after the room service the other bed have sand and they only make bed don’t change the bedding for the room service.
The some of the new towels smell of smoke, so becareful when using them. I think just my room I come across like 3. But I don’t know about other.
Room service will take 1 hr which is quite standard.
The water from the villa maybe is from a tank above the building, I constantly can smell and taste mud from the water, and hot water will run out it everyone use the shower at the same time.
There is an accident that they sent us to wrong breakfast area, which is fine but they don’t immediately sent us back to the right one, and let us wait for another buggy.
Hair conditioner is run out just after 3 nights (one 1 used it, which mean they didn’t check up and refill)
Generally the hotel quality is around 3 stars. However their room services respond very fast. They fix the aircon overnight (even is quite noisy but I think they should make sure the room is okay before the guest arrival) They come in very quickly if you request towels/water. Just the quality is not 5 stars. If you don’t ask them they will not provide you. As for bedding I think they come with sand that why even the replacement still have sand.
EEvvvvvvWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights during Christmas, and our experience at this family-friendly resort was disappointing. There were not enough beach chairs by the beach and pool—only about 40 available. In such a large resort, it's surprising to encounter this issue. Many guests occupied the chairs early in the morning and then left, indicating poor communication and management.
Additionally, there was a chronic shortage of towels by the pool, and the staff by the beach and pool failed to coordinate effectively. We were told to sit on the ground while chairs that had been reserved for over five hours remained unoccupied, which was very disappointing.
There were only 1 or 2 staff members responsible for the beach and lifeguarding, and the kayak rental service was disorganized due to insufficient staffing and lack of proper arrangements.
Overall, this 5-star family resort did not meet our expectations, and we will not choose to stay here again.
JJennyworldddOn the first day of stay, the door was damaged, the toilet board was separated, and the air conditioner could not be started, resulting in the need for staff help many times. Although the staff was very enthusiastic, the work efficiency was quite low. It took many times of urging to complete the work, such as replenishing supplies, repairing air conditioners, etc.
And the water temperature and water pressure in the bathroom were unstable, but it was understandable
The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was small but sufficient
You can make an appointment to pick up the airport. The service attitude was good. It happened that there were only two guests at the appointment time. Even if we were late, the driver turned back to pick us up and took us back to the hotel. On the way, he kept recommending local specialty restaurants and interesting attractions to us. The attitude was very good.
Overall, this hotel is a 10-point recommendation. I hope the above problems can be improved and it will be even better.

JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.

KKikichouThe best room type for my stay this time. The view in the room is really beautiful and highly recommended. However, the water quality is terrible. I was supposed to take a bath, but when the water went down, it turned yellow and I was scared to death. The breakfast was very ordinary, so don’t expect too much, but the location is really good. It's great. It's a one-minute walk to the exchange house for jewelry and a five-minute walk to the night market.
