The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a convenient location. Room was well-maintained, amenities sufficient, and check-in smooth. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Great location, large comfortable rooms and good pool area. The resort looks to have been left empty at some point and needs a clean up, especially in the now closed bar area but otherwise a decent place.

Everything was average

The air conditioning was adequate, but still freezing. However, the remote control didn't work when I tried to lower the temperature. My child was cold in the middle of the night, and there wasn't enough blanket to cover them. No front desk staff could provide an extra blanket. The bathroom water was inconsistent, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. There was fungus growing in the room. Was it due to humidity? There was animal feces next to the pool, and it hadn't been cleaned in two days. I accidentally stepped on it while walking around. There was also adult animal feces on the main road near the front desk. The hygiene was terrible. There weren't enough hotel staff, so only the large pool was open for swimming. The water quality was poor, and I started to itch after a short dip. The adjacent pool had no water and was filled with garbage. At night, the hotel's lighting was off-season to save on electricity costs. It wasn't as fancy as the photos show, so don't expect too much. The staff told me it was a 5-minute walk to the public beach, but it was actually over 10 minutes. Calling a taxi wasn't cost-effective. Nearby restaurants were either closed or not operating, which wasn't as expected. The information needs to provide accurate information, such as whether many restaurants are open during peak season. I understand the price is low, but basic hygiene is lacking. If you're looking for quiet and simple living, this hotel is a good value, but I wouldn't recommend it during the off-season. The staff also privately asked to scan a QR code on her phone, and when asked why, they refused to explain, which is suspicious.

Great place, very convenient. Everything is nearby. There is a swimming pool, breakfasts, 10-15 minutes walk to the sea. There are restaurants and cafes along the way, massage and spa. The territory is all green. We booked for 5 nights, and in the end we decided to stay for another 13 nights.

It's a resort with a swimming pool, a hearty breakfast, and a holiday feel. The area is very lively and like a city that never sleeps at night. There is a massage shop nearby with really good techniques and a 100% value for money. I would like to stay here again next time and will recommend it to my relatives and friends.

10 minutes walk to Ongrang Beach While I was there, there were many families with young children. The reception staff spoke English very well, and the resort staff had a nice family atmosphere. My family and I chose this place to use the swimming pool in the resort, but the water is deep, so you have to bring your own equipment. They provide free bicycle rentals. There are always foreigners resting at the restaurant right in front of the resort, and the salt coffee there was delicious. We had pizza twice in the evening at the restaurant right next to the resort, and the kids loved it, and the cat was cute. I wonder if the resort is old, or if the wood on the wall is old. There was a hot water tank right next to the room I stayed in, and the water was too hot. I thought the sound of the motor running every time I used the hot water in another room was a lullaby.

A nice little hotel in a tropical garden with an excellent breakfast. It's a 15-minute walk to the sea, the beach is small but clean, with a gentle entrance, no waves, you can walk along the shore and lie down in the shade of the trees. It's also 15 minutes to the free bus stop, the hotel is located right in the middle, which is convenient. There are many inexpensive good cafes nearby, fruit is sold near the hotel. A clean small pool where you can swim in the evening. There was only one minus - on the first day they checked us into another hotel, although the room was booked and paid for 1.5 months in advance! I'm kind of unpretentious, but this was a real dump!!! The administrator apologized, of course, but considering that it took two days to get there, we were very tired, it was very unpleasant

Stayed for 8 days. Liked the hotel. Good breakfasts. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The room is spacious. The bed is clean. The mattress is soft. There are many cafes with reasonable prices nearby. Free buses stop nearby. There is a swimming pool. There was no hot water.

I went in and came out right away. It was a non-cancellable reservation so I didn't get a refund and just left. There were too many mosquitoes, the smell was bad and the pool water was not good. It was so different from the pictures. It was very old. I stayed for about 20 minutes and ㅜ I got bitten by mosquitoes so badly in the room..... I was worried that the kids would get sick. I found another place to stay and moved right away.

Nice, quiet hotel. For a family with a child, it's great. There are restaurants nearby, where there is a choice for a child.
