Overall is good. The staffs are polite and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The view from the room is beautiful. I was a little disappointed that the room wasn’t  cleaned very well. When I checked in, I found the piece of dust that has not been dealt with.

Hotel location great, very near to airport ( 20 minutes) and night market ( 10 minutes), very convenient. Many eatery shops around, hotel staff helpful, room big and clean, overall good and comfortable stay. Except breakfast foods limited choices.

The resort is located in the mainl city on the island and is near many restaurants, cafes, and stores. Its a 15 minute walk to the night market. The rooms are comfortable and the views from the top floors quite good.Service is remarkable and staff are very helpful. It is quite far from the famous beaches on the island though and the beach of the resort is small and uninviting particularly because a pipe spills some water right on the beach and I can't imagine this being clean water. The sight of it is quite off-putting, but there is a swimming pool with a bar to make up for the beach situation.Breakfast is great, and transfer to the airport is offered.

I like almost everything. People are very polite and friendly. The beach was clean. Breakfast was good.

Everything was awesome. Literally from the gym to the pool and beach everything was well looked after. Food could be explained slightly better and my omelette was raw in the morning but other then that it was ok.

The front desk staff lacks a smile, the location is good, the breakfast is good, the hygiene is good, the shower hot water is acceptable, the beach is close, convenient, there are many restaurants and massage shops nearby, 90 points

Pretentious, cheap materials. Stopped because it is supposedly on the level of Sheraton, but lower in price, this is not true. Breakfasts are worse.

An old-style five-star hotel with poor sound insulation and a large gap under the door (light can pass through). The view from the lower floors is poor, it would be great if it could be on the 3rd floor or above! The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including Chinese, Western and Vietnamese, and the taste is good.

It was a great hotel that blended convenience with the surrounding nature. The rooms on the town side were cheap and good value, so I would like to stay there again.
