The hotel is very authentic and every corner has little details. We love the painting and wooden floors. It felt different. The atmosphere was nice, above all the two lady owner were super helpful with everything. The art works, cat and dog made it feel like home.

The hitel has potential as a traditional boutique hotel but the letdown is the shared bathroom, narrow stairs, slippery floors, and most of all, NO AC

Best quite place in Ayutthaya Best staff and please if travel to this location you can walk the dog I call he Rocky spend must day locks up, I did realy like it I like dogs and Cat if are animal love go and stay and walk the dog

This hotel is not for someone who prefers quiet rooms or place. You can hear voices from the other rooms. It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s quite traditional style so you can definitely feel like staying in a home of 1880s. It’s very noisy tho. We couldn’t sleep the whole night because the people from the door were talking all night!

Beautiful affordable homestay, with complimentary coffee in the morning. This place is great. It give home vibe but with different people. The owner are very kind.

This homestay is located right by the train station and near a 7/11. had one of the downstairs rooms with own toilet and shower.
The landladies are friendly and so is the dog, just too bad he is kept on a leash day and night :( ( Iasked for the reason but none was given).
From the hotel tours can be booked either by boat or tuktuk and the boot tour starts behind the homestay (and is very well worth it).
next door is a restaurant slash scooter rental.
I checked out earlier because of a change of plans but all and all it was good value for money.
