We enjoyed our stay at the Raffles very much. The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. The only thing we were disappointed with was the spa. The receptionist was not very professional. I tried to make appointment for facial, she told me that she would call me back but never did. My sister-in-law had booked for a manicure but when she went to the spa, she was told that they couldn’t do it as they did have enough staff.

I really like the decoration style and color matching of Raffles. There are fresh flowers in every room, and the linens and pillows are very comfortable. You can see the swimming pool from the balcony, and the fragrance of the frangipani in the yard is fragrant. The room is a little small, and the breakfast variety is a little limited.
