It’s the place to stay in Phnom Peng - you turn back in time with all the comfort of modern life, we had a peaceful and elegant room with a balcony facing the pool site, delicious breakfast, good wellness facilities (had a full body massage) and an helpful and welcoming staff all around. I stayed at Raffles Phnom Penh twice during this trip to Cambodia. This was the second time. I chose a suite. Overall, the environment was good, the service was good, and the breakfast was good. In particular, when I checked in, I asked to postpone check-out by one hour the next day, and they agreed immediately, which made me feel very good. However, I have to say that I am not particularly satisfied with the place. The room is not spacious and a bit small.
