My stay was wonderful. The hotel service was exceptional friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The facilities were top notch with a clean and modern room. A relaxing pool area and a well-equipped gym. As for the food the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros: near Royal Palace, National Museum, restaurants and convenient stores
Cons: Old facilities, room not clean, old sag bed not comfortable to sleep on. Not recommend for long stay.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went alone ...rooms are worst quality.
Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. Pillow and ceiling are unacceptable I'm not recommended guys please don waste ur money

Good location. Value for money except…no kettle, no fridge (“we’ll get you a new one” but they never did!) people standing outside my window talking & smoking, room walls permeated with cigarette smoke, jackhammer renovations…could be so much better!

The room is shabby, the bathroom door's lock broken. There is no lift but there are 3 floors, in addition to the ground floor. The staircase is narrow and steep. The room and bathroom are smelly. We didn't stay the night there, just took it to bath and keep our luggage as we roamed around the city. The location is very close to many places.

The facilities are okay but not what I really expected from the pictures. FYI it's a bit hard to park on the public road if you have cars.
