Very disappointed with the front desk staff. They are extremely careless and unprofessional. Payments were received but not properly recorded, and they repeatedly claimed I hadn't paid. It's unacceptable that such basic tasks are not handled properly. Management should seriously look into the way the front desk is operating

This place is run as a front by Chinese *********. I filmed it. I was physically assaulted twice by ****************, rabid security guard. They also stole my deposit money by falsely claiming I broke their door (which I did not do). The manager is pure evil. I had physical injuries for days after being assaulted. My legal dispute with these vile ***** has only begun. May each of these wretched, corrupt, lying, phony, underhanded bullies receive everything they deserve.
