I booked 2 rooms. One with 2 single beds and one king bed. The hotel didn't honor the booking. The hotel is dated.

One of the best options in Phitsanulok. It is not the best hotel in Thailand, but in the province - definitely yes. The food was super nice, the beds are comfortable. The pool is also clean. Totally recommend if you stay in Phitsanulok

In the bathroom, the shower is clogged, causing low water pressure, and the bathtub cannot hold water. In the bedroom, the curtains are very dusty. Most importantly, the balcony door cannot be locked because the lock is broken.

We was in Imperial hotel 2 days during the Asian bycicle championship. Room is big, good service. Nice and friendly staff. Room was little bit old furniture, medium clean.
