The worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had - when I was working in my room and the housekeeping staff entered to clean. A lady then yelled and informed me that I wasn’t allowed to stay in the room during the cleaning and that, according to their “rules,” I had to stand in the hallway until they were done—for the safety of the housekeepers. This felt quite inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially since there had been no prior communication about such a policy. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this place to anyone—unless you're looking for an unpleasant experience.

Convenient location to the UPenn with supermarket nearby. Affordable price for a room for 3 persons.

Good for university, pretty easy to get other places too. Room was nice and clean and comfy Staff were beautiful and polite Hotel was all clean and nice, elevators to lobby and upper floors were sometimes slow.

The hotel is in a great location, with a Chinese restaurant "Jiangnan Mansion" nearby. It is very close to the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Museum of Art by car. The hotel lobby is on the third floor, which is very classy. There is a valet parking team on the first floor of the hotel (45 US dollars/night, 27 for 1-6 hours during the day), no additional charge, and tips are optional. The room service is very good, and someone cleans every day. The breakfast environment is elegant, and although the variety is simple, there are delicious waffles.

Nice, separate bedroom from kitchen/living room. Not very big but cozy.

The most satisfying thing is that the hotel has a small kitchen. It is very close to the cinema, supermarket and various small restaurants downstairs, and you can buy ingredients and cook by yourself. It is a ten-minute walk from the children's dormitory and class place, the Lin Huiyin Museum, and the main school attractions of the University of Pennsylvania. The safety is still very high.

Stayed for 6 days, only cleaned once. I urged them to do it many times, but to no avail. I urged them again, but they said they were off work. I arranged for someone to do a thorough cleaning the next day. But the same thing happened. No one cleaned. Finally, I had to lower my requirements and change the garbage bags and towels. Valet parking service is good. The self-service laundry facilities are also OK.

The reception staff on the 3rd floor were overbearing and quite unfriendly. And there was no rinse aid in the room. There was hair in the sink so I didn't cook...

In the university town, safe and convenient
