Courtyard Columbus Phenix City/Riverfront

My stay was great & thanks for having me.

The staff is accommodating. Renee was helpful. The room: basic, nice. The view of the river was great through the one window that you could look out of. The other window was disgusting. It was all white and cloudy, at best. It ruined the view. It should be replaced. The AIr Conditioning controls on the wall do not control the room air. You have to use the unit controls on the floor. The wall device should be removed or made to control the floor unit. The shower has no door. So, whatever side is not under the water stays cold. The shower head is hard to reach gor adjustment if you are a shorter person. The shower knob, on the opposite wall, was not secured to the wall. Both screws were loose. The toilet leaked from the base. The toilet roll holder was ineffective. The roll fell off when you unraveled it. Causing it to fall into the water puddle below. THE POOL WAS DISGUSTING!! I brought it up more than twice. There was mold on the edge of the in-pool seating area, there was green mold growing on the blue tile around the pool. There was crud growing and drying out around the outer rim of the pool. The water was murky and you could not see in it clearly. Bad maintenance. HEALTH HAZARD.

Not really a bistro or top restaurant. Needs work. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Staff was very good. $7.00 a night parking fee when it was just a regular parking lo a no no

We have enjoyed both of are stays at this facility. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend this location for anyone staying in the area.

Great stay with river view. Cornelius was very helpful in helping me find great dining spots! Would stay again!

Friendly staff, rundown hotel The front desk lady was super nice and organized. The restaurant/bar worker was also extremely friendly. The room and pool were dirty. View from the room was the roof with a rusted propane tank sitting outside on the roof and the window screen busted out laying on the roof next to it. They were also having some problem with the sprinkler system so the hallway was completely soaked. The pool needed a deep cleaning, mold growing in it along the far side and so many bugs/leaves in it. Plus they had only one towel out there. The area is also not the safest for family travel, especially at nighttime on the riverwalk directly behind the hotel.
