The trip started off bad with a tire issue. Then traffic which put us at checking in at 2:30am. Was tired and ready to go to bed. Once we got in our room we always pull the covers down for inspection. I’ve never been so disturbed and disgusted. The amount of stains on these linens was atrocious. I go to the front desk and all they could say was I can assure you they’ve been washed. I don’t care they need to be burned so the trash man doesn’t have to deal with them either. Then I go to the car to get the rest of our luggage and my wife says be careful there’s vomit all over the floor in the hallway. It was there Friday night when we checked in and was still there Sunday morning when we checked out. And you want me to believe that my sheets are clean!! So we slept with NO sheets and put our blanket down to sleep on which is now in the garbage.

I took a friend of mine to see Jeff Dunham at Columbus Civic Center, Columbus, GA. The Hampton Inn although located in Phenix City, AL, is only 2.5 miles from the venue. Upon entering the front door, the atmosphere was cozy and well decorated. The rooms were super clean, had comfy beds, and the shower pressure was awesome!!! It made our little road trip relaxing and worry free. The staff were so friendly!!! They have a phenomenal hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and you can make your own waffles. 10/10 recommend!

The hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff accommodated our request to have adjoining rooms. I was very impressed with the staff.

Hampton Inns are my go-to. This one had a really attractive lobby. But the rest of the hotel was not up to par. The room floor was not clean (tags, hair, etc) We didn't have toilet paper on check-in. The room was not cleaned overnight. We did not swim, but there was a film on the pool surface. And the breakfast staff began breaking it down at 9:55am, shooing out a child that was trying to get a waffle.

I’m here now! Just got here today for my son graduation from basic training. It was a long drive from South Carolina to here. First the hotel was beautiful and clean on inside. Second the staff is absolutely amazing!! So nice and so helpful. I have medical issues and my father in law is in another room he couldn’t get ahold of me. The staff stepped up came to my room got me up from my deep sleep to make sure I was okay and no seizure. An again the lady at my door and every other staff member here has been amazing

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns but this one is exceptional! Gen Mgr Amy was incredible! What a great team she has assembled! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and so very comfortable. Breakfast was a special treat. Thanks for a great experience!

The rooms are nice cleaned very well. Breakfast bar had to many flies and food was not ready the 3 different times I went. All 3 days had to many flies also lacking food options only 2%milk Night staff was very friendly and polite. Mid-moring shift people could have been more helpful.

Breakfast was not kept full. Went to get eggs and breakfast meat and it was empty. The lady responsible for this was at front desk talking to another employee instead of doing her job
