"The location is quite good, located in the downtown of Pforzheim and nearby there are a lot of restaurants. However, the hotel service is really bad, during my 4 nights stay I required twice for room cleaning at reception. During the whole stay nobody changed the towels and clean my room despite I requested twice at reception."

"Cleaning Service woke us up and bang on door even if we ask for privacy on reception and put on door for privacy.. We booked for different room and get other room, small .. No heating, walls are too thin you can hear everything what other talk..."

"I’ve had a great stay. Exceptionally clean room, powerful shower, comfy bed. The staff have been super friendly. Loved having a fridge and bottle opener in the room! Perfect location in relation to the main train station. Loved the breakfast (yoghurts/juice/cereal/rolls/eggs/cheese/coffee etc). There’s a Rewe and Lidl close by. If you like Falafel/Hummus there’s a great place a few minutes away. There are other restaurants etc close by but can’t comment as didn’t visit them. All in all a great time, thank you!"
