We had a great holiday here with our two young girls. The facilities, room and location were amazing. We need to particularly commend the kids club staff (Amanda and Zoe) who took amazing care of our girls at the free afternoon crèche. Amanda also did some babysitting for us and she was incredibly reliable, always punctual and such a lovely warm person to deal with who was amazing with our girls.

We stayed here as a couple for 4 nights and did not leave. Everyone so friendly Beautiful beach with lovely beach houses and bean bags immaculate throughout. Have travelled extensively in my 60 years Kohli restaurant by the beach served up the most amazing fish of the day. Ate there every day. Fish filleted in front of you by the lovely manager Christiana and an amazing vibe with perfect understated music. Sunset horse ride also lovely. Safety first and beautiful horses.

The hotel itself is beautiful — the design and facilities are impressive and well-maintained. However, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The service was very slow, and the food quality did not meet expectations. It also seemed that there was a lack of proper management and coordination throughout my stay. Another concern was communication. The reception staff appeared to speak mainly russian, and the blonde girl at the front desk could barely speak English, which made it difficult to communicate or get assistance. For an international hotel, this was quite surprising. Additionally, the cocktails at the 6th-floor bar were extremely overpriced for their quality, they tasted and looked no better than what you’d get at a standard all-inclusive resort, yet were priced like premium drinks. Additionally, the location is very far from everything, and unfortunately, there isn’t much to do within the hotel itself. There’s no entertainment or activities offered, which makes the atmosphere rather dull, especially for longer stays.

My fiancée and I had a two-hour couples massage at Cap St George Spa, and it was honestly one of the best treatments we’ve ever experienced. Alma and Sotia were both incredibly skilled, gentle, and intuitive in how they worked. They created a calm and respectful atmosphere from the very first minute, and adjusted everything perfectly to how we felt — without us even needing to say much. Every detail, from the pressure and flow to the temperature and silence, felt completely right. We left the room genuinely lighter, calmer, and grateful — not just for the massage, but for the way they treated us as people.
