該酒店離公交樞紐站20分鐘，可乘1、2、11、26、28路線路公交車去市區各處，104路去埃利佐沃機場。酒店室內乾淨，周邊環境尚可，服務周到（娜斯佳對入住遊客安排，介紹衞、淋、廚情況，知冷暖，配暖機）。
手機與遊客進行交流，讓大家溝通拉近距離。壓力山大、凱特二位稍遜一籌。

Проживали в этом "отеле" с 21 по 25 июля 2024 г. Отель называется "Комфорт".....но название вообще не соответствует тому, что мы увидели. А началось все с "дружелюбного" приветствия, вернее его отсутствия (за все время проживания персонал вообще не здоровался, видимо, не научили) и еще с тарелки остатков еды на стойке ресепшн. Нам "вежливо" сказали, что чемоданы до заселения можно оставить рядом с ресепшн (т.е. никакой отдельной комнаты для сохранности багажа там нет). Дальше было круче. Заселились мы, как положено после 14.00. У нас взяли паспорта и молча стали сканировать, даже не спросили нашего разрешения!!! Все заселение проходило молча, с выражением лица сотрудника ресепшн, как будто она нам делает одолжение. В отеле нет лифта и к номеру мы тащили чемоданы по крутой лестнице. В номере было грязно и на кафеле сразу заметили волосы. Под покрывалом также были волосы. Нам все убрали, поменяли постель, но даже не извинились. Из плюсов могу отметить расположение и хорошую работу холодильника, ну хоть он работал на совесть! Подумайте трижды, если захотите тут остановиться! Фото-доказательства прилагаю.
