Recently stayed at Hotel 99 Kelana Jaya and had a decent experience overall. The hotel offers good value for budget-conscious travelers, with its convenient location, close to public transport (LRT Kelana Jaya). ✔ Affordable rates – Suitable for short stays or business trips. ✔ Clean & basic room – The essentials (bed, AC, TV, bathroom) were functional. ✔ Decent WiFi – Reliable for basic browsing. ⚠️ Room size – A bit compact, especially for longer stays or extra luggage. ⚠️ Noise levels – Some street noise could be heard in my room. Overall, Hotel 99 KJ is a no-frills, convenient and budget-friendly choice, If you need an affordable place to sleep without extra perks, this hotel does the job.

Good place to stay especially nearby have LRT station so easily can go downtown area with train.

Hotel are clean, however it is a bit difficult to the parking.

This is suitable for outstation only. It can be better if the cleanliness of the room is maintained well. Small room, but you get what you pay.

not recommend. Bed sheet not clean, smelly room and aircond with loud mechanical sound.. not service for long period I guess

Hope they would change better towels, basins need to check for clogged outlets. Aircond switches and bidet needs to repair.

Location us good as near lrt station kela jaya，room wise is fine for a short stay, if you are a light sleeper then you might want to think again. Overall it's ok.
