Good breakfast and clean room. Nice environment. It was overall a good stay. Car park can further be improved.

Friendly staffs throughout my whole time of stay. Cleanliness of the room could be improved as they were stains on the bedsheet and bathtub discolouration. Problems were solved within 15minutes. Breakfast variety could be improved and some dishes can be better.

I would like to sincerely commend Mr. Sinan, Director of Operations, for his outstanding professionalism and hospitality during our recent stay. There was an issue with our buffet reservation, and although the staff initially offered à la carte alternatives, they were limited to the Chinese or Japanese restaurants — which I had mentioned earlier we weren’t interested in. Despite that, the same options kept being proposed, and my family, including our children, had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. Mr. Sinan personally stepped in, acknowledged the inconvenience, and took immediate action. He offered us a dining alternative at a different restaurant that had a wider variety of options — including pizza and other kid-friendly meals — which made the kids very happy. On top of that, he graciously provided us with complimentary room upgrades as a replacement for the missed buffet experience. His attentiveness, swift problem-solving, and genuine care for our comfort turned a frustrating situation into a very positive and memorable experience. We truly appreciate the exceptional service and will definitely return for the outstanding hospitality.

the lift was the worst… people are waiting and its spoilt for the 3 days that i was there… not functioning well and even on the last day, people were waiting more than 10 mins for the lift … fortunately i walked down the fire exit stairs staff at reception does standard greetings but you can feel that its not from the heart good ambience of the hotel and the gym was great (fabulous equipment except for sweaty yoga mats) the room carpeted floor has lots of hair strands from previous guest

Hotel located at strategic place .but the sound proofing is quite bad .

Last min booking. Booked twin beds but the bed is very big can sleep 2 people

Stayed here second time. Maybe due to high arrivals, service quality was dropped compared to my last stay.

First time back at my regular PJ hotel since covid. Many changes and the renovations (not complete) has definitely spruced up the look. Service remains immaculate.

Overall good stay & reception staff gave me an upgrade as my room wasn’t ready at 3pm.

One of the best Views we’re given , they made the bed in such short notice for honeymoon , the staff were incredibly nice and hospitable ❤️

The room is clean and the super single beds are great and very comfortable. One thing I’d like to highlight is the bathroom privacy — the blinds do not fully cover the glass, which could be improved.

Hotel room is new and cozy but the ground floor restaurant is still under refurbishment. Spent long time waiting for lift. Buffet dining area is quite small.
