Check out before eleven o'clock. Generally, it is twelve o'clock in foreign countries. You look dirty at eleven o'clock. The front desk of the hotel is particularly difficult to find, but there is a news station downstairs which is pretty good.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. While the location is excellent, being conveniently close to public transportation, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were dirty, and I even noticed ants around the cups, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel's response time via WhatsApp was slow, making communication frustrating. Despite the great location, the cleanliness and service issues need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

towel not clean at all
toilet bowl broken
light bulb detached
some of the pillow still leaving sweat smell
asked for high floor and window view didn't make it.
tv is not functioning
lift keycard detector is not working (stranger can come in)
have to throw rubbish ourself which making us inconvenience
check in time late causing inconvenient
