"I have booked 2 rooms for the family holiday. Except the lobby the guest floors and the rooms disappointed us with lot of condensation. It felt like it rained inside the hotel. Though it was raining out side during some part of the day the hotel room is largely filled with condensation. When reported the staff simply asked us to never switch off the AC and we did . But the problem didn’t go away. Iam afraid that this heavy condensation can cause electric issues , fungi and even catch cold due to wet blankets and sheets. I have stayed in several hotels over the years but never came across this kind of a serious condensation even in the rooms with balcony .The hotel needs to do something about this issue . The breakfast is light with very few choices may be it is common at this price point . The space and amenities are just ok for the price but wouldn’t take the risk of coming back due to the condensation. Finally the staff could improve the communications and be pleasant to guests as hotels minus hospitality is as good as an Airbnb. Hotels should remember that the guests pay for the service too not just for the property."

"The location of this hotel is everything, there are a lot of food restaurants if you walk slightly further ahead. There is also a 7-11 and a night market just across the hotel. Further ahead there is a shopping mall and boat avenue is white in walking distance. The rooftop swimming pool is good as well, it is open till 11pm and we went up at night to enjoy the view and breeze. They even stream football matches, which is really a plus plus point. Love everything about hotel and they are really committed to going green as they provide water dispenser at the lift for you to get your water refill. We also got a room upgrade as the room intended for us was in use. And the upgraded room was so spacious and good, there is even a washing machine if you need. Highly highly recommend this hotel! Will want to go back again to this place."

"Great room, service staff are very friendly. We had a 3 night stay, my issue stems with our first room lacking hot water, we contacted the staff and we got changed to a bigger room. Upon testing the hot water in the next room, the hot water was a filthy yellow colour. We contacted the reception of this issue and they sent someone down, however said they had no immediate fix as the fix needed was to run the hot water taps until the water turned clear. This took the whole day, for the 2/3 nights of our stay we did not have hot water, very disappointing. Manager explained that the repair of the hot water tank lead to dirt and mineral buildup in the hot water tank, hence they needed guest to run the hot water to clear the water colour, considering that phuket’s water is not the cleanest, we refrained from showering in the yellow hot water. Additionally, during one of the housekeeping services, my jacket got swept into the laundry cleaning through the bed sheets. We only noticed the jacket was missing upon checkout and notified the hotel. IMPORTANT: They said they’ll contact us if found. We had time to kill, around 5hours before heading to the airport and upon security screening, through no fault of theirs, I realised i also left my Ipad at the hotel. I was in the terminal at that point and called the hotel. They said: “Yea we found an ipad in your room, also you were missing something else correct?” I said yes my jacket as well. Turns out they had found both my ipad in the room and jacket in the laundry, and did not bother contacting me after checking out until I called them to ask about it. If they had notified us about this, we could have returned to the hotel and picked it up, instead we were stuck in the airport terminal… They did manage to return us the items through the great help of the airport staff and swift concierge service, but all this could be avoided if they called me? Or emailed me as they said they would if they found something? Truly disappointing."

"I added Phuket to my Thailand trip as I wanted to enjoy the beach and sun. This hotel is quite nice, it’s located in the hills and has a nice pool. The only thing is that it’s about an hour from the airport and 20-30 minutes from the beach. They do offer free shuttle to the beach. I didn’t try any of the amenities. Also note that if you’re checking out at ridiculous time (like me at 4am) the front desk person is in the back and you might have to make a lot of noise to get someone to come out. I would book here if you have your own vehicle to take you places or if you’re looking for a little relaxing break. I’d probably actually visit again it’s really nice - one of the nicer hotels I’ve been too. Actually it was about 40-50 baht (one way) to get to local beach and town and around 200 baht to visit old Phuket town"

"The hotel is conveniently located near Patong Beach, making it easy to explore the surrounding beaches.There are many cafes nearby , and the room is clean with friendly staff.However, there was an issue with the door."

"Loved the place! 🌴 +1 min walk to the beach +tasty breakfast in the 5-star Wyndham hotel nearby (great coffee, egg omelets /scrambles/fried prepared right for you, variety of hot meals, veggies, fruits, toasts and jams, sausages, cheese hams, soups, etc). +nice spacious rooms +huge king size comfy bed with 4 pillows +robe, flip floos, beach bag, umbrella for free +shampoo, shower gel, soap, shower cap +daily cleaning, 2 water bottles, 2 coffees and teas +beach towels until 20:00 +very nice ladies working there🤗 P. S. Stairs aren't that bad 😅 my suitcase was small and had 0 issues brining it up. Also walked up and down like 30 times a day just fine."

"This was our 4th visit here. And we recommend room LV11 for ultimate privacy and the best view. The staff has what one would expect from any luxury establishment- Thai hospitality. A good variety of restaurants available to whet your appetite. And just 20mins to the cultural Phuket Town. We look forward to our next visit."
