A distinctive hotel with a minimalist aesthetic, one that strives to have personalized service but perhaps overstretches what it can accomplish. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton.

Very good accommodation and all the workers are very welcoming. Will definitely comeback again!!

I very much appreciate Andrea, the hotel manager’s help to upgrade my room so that I could enjoy my 5-day stay in Coma. Andrea’s sincere and considerate attitude towards guests is very impressive. Thanks again. The location of the hotel is almost perfect, the upgraded room is very spacious: simple but cozy. However, the carpets of the corridors, the sofa of the lobby, the facilities of the hotel and the training of the staff have much room for improvement.

The layout of the hotel is very strange and inconvenient. The breakfast is terrible.

Como Perth AU is worthy of being the first luxury hotel in the Australia and New Zealand region selected by the International Travel Magazine. The location of the hotel is excellent. There is valet parking at the door on the day of check-in. The breakfast is a fixed set meal, which is really good 👍 (there are several Choose according to your preferences) The room has a large space, the key design is very special engraved with precise latitude, the design style is low-key, luxurious and reasonable, and the check-in experience is 🈵️ points. The Mini Bar has a variety of juice drinks for free, and it is cleaned twice a day. Laixi Friends who travel in Australia recommend to experience it.

A simply outstanding city hotel. Splendid location, attentive, knowledgeable and happy staff, with awesome facilities. Until now, I haven’t stayed in such plush hotels and actually it was a (my) booking error that led to be staying here. While certainly pricey, I think it was worth every penny and will return with my wife in the future. The rooms are wonderful. I was upgraded to a King Heritage room with a large balcony. Very spacious and very well designed. Many complimentary items in the minibar / drawers, all of which help you relax and chill in style. Multiple bar / dining options.

A quiet little haven in Central Perth, set in a fully restored historical building - The State Building. Rooms are beautifully designed, clean contemporary and well appointed with everything you need. High ceiling suites, well insulated windows to manage sounds from the city during the day. Top notch international personalized service with a friendly Australian flare that is approachable, friendly and professional. From the moment you are greeted on arrival at the door to reception, in-room dining, house keeping, to the Post Restaurant, Spa - every single staff member will go out of their way to see to your needs. Peter at the door gave extra practical transport to try the train and sightseeing tips that added to our visit; Kelly shared her personal favorites; Sunil went out of his way to personally go and secure a restaurant booking and table near by for us. Wait staff and the chef at the Post restaurant took extra care of special dietary requests. At the spa, Montana took extra care of gift items; P from Bhutan’s her massage treatment is out of this world. Their names are mentioned here because of the extra mile they went, and sometimes it doesn’t take much, to make a guest feel truly seen, heard and welcomed. There is a lot of competition from hotels but these individuals stood out for their personal approach. Como at the Treasury is easy walking distance to restaurants, the quay and little parks as well as the train station. Transport is very easy to catch. The historic St. George’s Cathedral is just several feet away from the hotel entrance and drive way and shouldn’t be missed if you’re sightseeing.

We had a two night stay here and although the hotel building is beautiful and the inside furnishings very aesthetic to the eye, for us that is where the luxury ended. Check in was very smooth and professional which we could not fault. Room was immaculately clean and again beautifully furnished. Hotel was very quiet and tranquil. But? What we found strange was, for a hotel offering such luxurious price tags, it never offered much luxurious in return. No welcome drink in the room, just basic tea and coffee. No welcome gift - i.e.. lovely hand made chocolates or cake - Oh sorry will just mention there was 4 granny smith apples in a bowl not sure if that was the welcome gift? Turn down service at night, again basic, no little special gesture to welcome you back to your room. No little note or anything to wish you a good evening. The most terrible thing about this whole stay, which was a break and relaxation for my husband and I, was that there was no separate dining room or bar for the guest to use. If you wanted a quiet drink - forget it! if you wanted a quiet lovely breakfast or dinner - forget it! You are lumped in with the masses that use this hotel on a daily basis, making your stay not so luxurious after all! Extremely disappointed to say the least.

It has been a long time since a hotel filled me with such pleasure and joy. The last was Le Sirenuse pre pandemic and I think the Treasury has superseded that because it has the wonderful service and plushness expected of a luxury property but without the vulgarity of bling , ostentatiousness or being over the top. For an architectural buff like me, it was heaven on earth ! It’s poetry at every turn , and around every corner … photos don’t do it justice… the lighting and volume of space, the lines and angles ; everything is thoughtfully choreographed and nothing is left to chance and yet it’s so natural and comforting … for goodness sake, there aren’t many hotels out there that have Vola fixtures in the bathroom . it’s a playground for OCDs like me! It was really tough for me to peel myself away from the Como to go out to see the lovely city of Perth …

The Como is a very nice hotel, with very good service, but the amenities were difficult to enjoy. The restaurants are highly rated but were continually closed, unsecured wi-fi service, expensive transportation to the airport, very few tv channels with a poor variety to choose from. Quite surprising.

This hotel stands out amongst the rest. We stayed in the Heritage balcony room. Rooms - stunning, spacious, high ceilings, has everything you could need - soap, lotion, hair dryer, etc. Service - Excellent and warm service. Every single one of the staff members had the most professional attitude (from porters, housekeeping and even those behind the scenes in the reservations team). Very supportive from the start, and every interaction felt personal. Whenever you do something, the hotel staff will step in and offer to help - whether it's moving your baggage around or even collecting your food order. They took our requests seriously and did everything they could to help us out. This made our experience stress free and it felt like a home away from home. Food - complimentary drinks (including tea, coffee and chilled drinks) and snacks in the room - refilled every day. Very refreshing and lovely to have around when feeling lazy but peckish. Breakfast was at the Post; food was beautiful and once again, the servers were wonderful Overall - nothing to fault. Flawless service. Beautiful rooms. Worth the price. Such a personalised stay. We had an amazing, unforgettable time.

From the moment we arrived, we felt special. Valet parking, personalised checkin, private tour of our room. We chose the Heritage Room which overlooks St George Cathedral. Conveniently located in the city between the malls and Elizabeth Quay, the Como Treasury is the place for a long weekend getaway. Great service. Well worth the money.

We recently had a one night stay. A lot of positives, ie ＞ very comfortable check in, quite personalized, nicely seated, not standing at a desk, ＞ being escorted to our room for the first time and being shown the features, ＞ amazing building, a lot of the old (amazing staircases) kept with a very modern hotel, ＞ fantastic breakfast at teh Post, We had a verandah room, with 5 sets of French doors, facing the balcony. This was nice, but as a result a lot of street noise during the night, all up quite noisy.
