Great location with nice eateries within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is great but could do with a few more lounge chairs around the poolside. Poolbar was a nice touch

This old place is sadly getting a bit tired and run down. Loose tiles everyone, slate damaged and lifting in pool area and a few dangerous trip hazards where gates have been removed from pool access rooms on balconies (see pic). Steel bridges are leaching rust onto the pool surface and have nearly disintegrated. Loose and rotting deck boards. Walls thin so hope for quiet neighbours adjacent. Room crew did a few things to avoid making up our room near the end of their shift like turning over the "make up my room" sign to show the "do not disturb" side and later claiming they did not want to disturb us (knowing full well we had gone out). There are many better places to stay in town.

Hotel is ancient, rooms are big but very old, no enough sun beds at the pool so you will end up sitting on a table if you’re lucky to find one. I also encountered a very bad device when my booking for a swimming pool view room, the hotel decided to downgrade me and give me a room with no view as shown in the picture, and the justification that my room type is fully booked already which is nonsense coz it it’s full why did you advertise it as available for guests to book!! When I asked for a refund they refused and even refused to let me speak to a manager claiming that there’s no manager on duty. Very poor service and a place to avoid in Patong. Will definitely ruin your entire holiday.

The hotel is brilliant! We had a side pool room , which was amazing! Breakfast is good, lunch snacks are very good , with reasonable prices. The location is very good. The only problem is the very busy traffic. We are 3 couples... the eldest nearly 80, the mid couple 70,s and other couple 60's. There is constant busy traffic going past the hotel, and all along the beach front nearby, all day and until late at night. You take your like in your hands. I think 4 days here would have been enough for us, instead of 10.
