"At 10 PM, just as we were getting ready to sleep, a hotel staff member suddenly knocked on our door and asked for our ID. They explained that two people with the surname Wang were checking in that night, and since we also had the surname Wang, they needed to confirm which Wang was staying in the room. However, the air conditioner was extremely noisy; even though we turned it off, it was still very loud and we couldn't sleep. This was the first Holiday Inn I booked that didn't include breakfast; usually, it's free. Also, the price for breakfast included was different from the actual hotel price; it was listed as $10 on Ctrip, but it was actually $15."

"What a treat to stay at a new hotel! Everything is fresh, clean, well-thought out; just as the designers and planners intended. The kitchen items are all as they should be, the sheets are crisp and the towels fluffy The design of these rooms is contemporary and efficient. The walk in shower is very much appreciated!! Even my husband notice that the shower designer placed everything perfectly. It is therefore surprising that the construction didn't prioritize sound proofing the rooms. It is very easy hear music and conversation from the adjoining rooms. If you are looking for peace and quiet, ask for a room away from the fire pit, where, naturally! , folks are having a good (loud) time! There are a few punch-list-type items that the front desk staff was appreciative to know about. The common area and breakfast bar is very well designed and lit. The breakfast items on offer are less than at other Towne Place Suites we've stayed at this week. Hard to understand why that wouldn't be a consistent offering. (e.g, no skim milk, no Peanut Butter, small variety of cereals.) Weighing all this, I would stay here again."
