Worst hotel of our trip. Their website states they speak English. They don’t understand basic English. Waitress that served us didn’t and could not even answer a question about the menu. Had to ask her twice where our drinks were and after 20mins another member of staff arrived with poor English to go over what we had ordered. Food was poor and extremely tough. Restaurant had one other couple dining and yet service was extremely slow. Waitress smelt of cigarettes! Air con not working in our room and instructions in the room were to ask a member of staff to control it from reception. Again she did not understand English! Company not interested in complaints

Lovely, small hotel with good facilities. Located in a semi business environment but easy access to town. Staff and bar/restaurant exceeded expectations. Shame we were not staying longer to enjoy the pool area. Breakfast choice quite reasonable

It's misleading to call this a 4 *, it was decent enough but the condition and the size of bedroom and especially, bathrooms, was not of 4* expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

I achieved my dream to stay in beautiful Perpignan by visiting this hotel! The staff were very French and very friendly. The room was great too with a balcony outside. However the distance you had to travel to get into town was about three miles. It did have an outside swimming pool. Because it was an enjoyable stay in this loveable town surrounded by the Pyrenees mountains I didn't complain about the wardrobe door that didn't shut and electrical sockets that came out the wall! This is not a touristy area but full of genuine and humble French people. Everything is cheap including restaurants etc... Loved it!
