House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony.. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am.
