Enjoy a comfortable night's sleep! Our beds include a memory foam mattress, soft microfiber sheets, hotel quality pillows, a cozy blanket and quilt.

The kitchens are equipped with all of the essentials needed to cook meals during your stay. A selection of complimentary tea and coffee are also provided to get your visit started.

In addition to WiFi and Roku TV set in guest mode, a selection of games and books are available for use during your stay.

Guest access

When booking West Bluff Retreat - Both Units, the entire house is yours! During your stay you will have access to the driveway. Street parking is also available directly in front of the house. The main door and both apartment doors have keyless entry. You will be provided with a unique code on the first day of your stay.

Other things to note

As it goes with old homes, this place is not free of its quirks. Currently, the HVAC system is shared by the two units. The thermostat is located in the lower unit, but controlled remotely. I keep the system at a comfortable temperature throughout the year. If you have an issue or request regarding this, just reach out. I'll do my best to accommodate you!

The gorgeous original floors in this building can be creaky in spots. Sound machines are available in all bedrooms for light sleepers.

During your stay, you may see our lawn maintenance team.

Windows on the main floor are old and require removable screens. I keep a few in the laundry room. If you would like more during your stay, just let me know!

The stairs to the second floor are open to the hall at the top, making this space unsuitable for small children.
