El lugar es hermoso, cómodo, la experiencia vale pena, sobretodo si la idea es descansar y estar en un lugar tranquilo. La comida deliciosa, las habitaciones perfectas y limpias. La atención del personal la mejor, son muy amables, pero eran muy pocos y en ciertos momentos, se veían cortos para atender algunos requerimientos y limitaban los servicios que queríamos tomar, tal vez porqué fuimos en semana y porqué soy consciente que no estipulamos ciertos servicios que queríamos con antelación, pero aún así ellos daban lo mejor si. Es super lindo que nos aceptaron con nuestros peluditos, eso les suma muchos puntos y sin duda alguna, volveremos allí.

Great place to disconnect and relax
Our stay was great. The hotel is right on the lake with a great view. The food was awesome. Staff was very polite and willing to help with anything. The bar has a vast number of cocktails for all tastes and enjoyable music. The rooms are great they each have a hot tub and sauna. We did not use the kayak, jet ski, horseback riding or boat rides but can say they were available for guests

Las habitaciones son hermosas, las camas súper grandes y cómodas, la decoración del hotel es súper lujosa, te hace sentir en otro mundo. The experience in general was amazing from the view to the food (puntuctually the homemade croissant, scrumptious). The attention of the staff. We outstand of this magic night the decoration of the room, the lullness of the place plus the pleasantness of the schedule.
