Good location, easily accessible from highway, you just need to drive 2-3min after exit thus very quiet. Staffs were nice, clean and breakfast was great, considering price

We’ve been staying here for years and each time have been impressed at how thorough and thoughtful Crystal is on the front desk. She’s the GM here and it’s very much a perfectly-run establishment. Breakfast is outstanding: egg pockets (vegetarian, too), biscuits, breads/bagels, apples/bananas, yogurts, just about everything you could want at dawn. And there is coffee in the lobby starting at 4 a.m. Parking galore and it’s well-lighted and secure. We were fortunate enough to have the 2-Queen Suite with Additional Living Space, which makes for a lavish stay. The bathtub and wet-bar make it really special, as do the screened windows that open for a breeze and a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. Thank you, Crystal — we wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here when coming through Pendleton.

Shabby! Shades are fraying on the edges, security lock is broken, leather on chair is peeling off. It would be ok for a Motel 6 but this puppy is over $200/night. Should be better maintained

Dosappointed Stay at this Location I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and have always had a good experience, but unfortunately, this particular location was a big disappointment. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by a friendly and attentive front desk attendant, which gave us a good first impression. However, things quickly went downhill from there. As we walked to our room, we noticed the hallways were noticeably dirty—there was visible dirt on the carpet, and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed that day. Love stopping in Pendleton every time we head to the northwest from Utah. This is a great place to stay when there.
