GiliZen Resort - Private Pool Villas

I wonder how we can give this motel 4 stars It could be good but everything needs to be redone to have the honor of receiving guests! The photos will speak for themselves No smiles from the employees, the boss is kind but overwhelmed... Note that there is no TV or telephone We had a "renovated" room! I am angry with the tour operator who put this address in our stay Besides that Gili air is worth seeing and there are some very good little restaurants

We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights. The villas are quiet and not far from the beach. The staff is very friendly and the 2 cats are super sweet. The room itself is spacious enough. For a stay of longer than a few days there is little space to put clothes. The bed is unfortunately not ideal for people with back problems. The air conditioning worked fine and there were no mosquitoes in the room. What is also nice is that there is cooled water outside in Sib well. The bathroom is the downside of the villa. I was able to take a hot shower once and then there was only cold water. In addition, the open part of the bathroom is in the roof, which means that rain enters the room. Open bathrooms are normal, but they are usually located under a canopy. The cleaning could also be better. I went to get fresh towels myself after 2 days and the glasses in the bathroom are not changed. The pool is cleaned, but the table outside, for example, is not wiped. The breakfast is tasty and sufficient. The pancakes are recommended. You can also get floating breakfast for free if you ask. They also have 2 cute cats. The villas are biggest point is the quiet location and the privacy. There are still some points of work.

Petit coin de paradis Tout était parfait à commencer par Cyrielle la patronne qui prend le temps de tout vous expliquer sur cette petite île de Gili Air. La villa est top avec une belle piscine et un confort impeccable. Merci pour le cadeau pour notre lune de miel. Personnel adorable et au petit soin. On s'en souviendra toute notre vie.
