On checking out, we realized there was a single long line for both checking in and checking out guests. This was a let down for us as we need to leave promptly for our next destination. We could not understand why there was no dedicated check out lane counter that other international hotel chains have. Otherwise, this would have been for us a perfect experience."

"The location was awesome, super close to Ana Bakar Petai Restaurant, and there's a grocery store right downstairs. The pool looked great, but it was way too crowded when I was there, so I skipped it. Plenty of parking, but the alley to get there was narrow and super steep, and my car bumper scraped the ground on the way out. Still, it was worth the money for a short stay."

They even provided iron and iron board in the room. The water pressure was good as well. The staffs were very helpful. I paid RM95 after discount and after deducted my trip coins, really worth it.
